Was good. Place has just gone down hill. The Latino girl that runs the front is do rude and has a nasty attitude. I actually called back to complain about her a couple months ago and no one returned my calls so I stop going there for a while. Well I went there again today with family and she was a complete asshole and throwing dishes in the back because we were talking about the reviews here and how many other people have complained about her horrible customer service so Im not the only one who has seen and dealt with her and her shitty attitude she definitely shows she doesnt like her job and not to mention we mention there were ants all over the hot bar and we told them they did nothing. And also the ice cream machine has been broken for months every time we have been in and still not fixed. Also for the 1 and a half hours we were there not once did they come out to refill the hot bar with fresh food after being empty from the time we left. The girl that works the cashier She ALSO NEVER came by to pick up our dishes not like it was busy in there.so are table was pretty full The bathrooms were not well kept toilet paper on the floors and toilets clogged so I couldnt use it. I waited over 15 mind for my food to be cooked the guy cooking wasnt going in the order the food was coming in the 2 people behind me got their food before me. Im just really disappointed how I would feel welcome and comfortable coming in this place and now we try to avoid coming here at all because of the ants, the cleanliness the customer service should be number one! I dont care if you are having a bad day or not when I walk in happy and jolly I expect the same in return not some bitchy ass cashier with a nasty attitude . You should not be working in this type of work if you have horrible customer service and being passive aggressive about it isnt going to get good reviews. We literally watched her go in the back slamming the door open and literally you could hear her throwing the dishes in the back not like your doing dishes loud but I mean when your angry throwing dishes intentionally because your pissed off thats how loud it was! TO THE OWNERS IF YOUR READING THIS please bring back your once wonderful restaurant with employees that take pride in their work and are respectful and polite to the customers. I cannot tell you how many times I have given this place multiple chances but as long as she is working there your going to be losing lots of customers. Angela if your still the owner you need to do whats right and fire her ass.

Went in last night rough 7:35pm, 1 hour and 25 minutes before closing. Keep in mind we just drove 30 miles to get there and the weather was not bad out. Upon entering the establishment, a young woman walks by, no greetings, no one on one interaction, just simply says in passing "were closed" with complete, and I mean complete attitude. I then say "your hour of operations were posted as 9pm" and her response is a hand on the hip annoyed by the fact I was there and expresses in a nasty tone "we closed for bad weather" and storms off in a childlike walk that you would see on over dramatic sitcoms. We left, after walking out, it bothered us so much about her piss poor nasty dramatic attitude, I went back in to get her name, just in case management reads this and actually cares. Upon entering the establishment again, the young woman was standing back a few tables over with a coworker, looked like they were stocking, sje looks up and AGAIN a nasty smug annoyed look on her face, again beyond unacceptable. I would of fired her on the spot for everything that had happened so far. She walks over to the counter where I asked what her name was, she said Loupe, then just stood there with that piss poor look on her face of being annoyed that customers were in the establishment. I then simply stated that she was unprofessional and rude with the way she interacted with us, she said "when?" I reminded her on the conversation we just had 35 secondsearlier when I was just in here, and told her she was very rude, and wait for it, the best statement she could of made to us, "SORRY, I WAS TRYING TO BE NICE TO YOU".... I cant imagine if that was her attempt to be nice what her real attitude is like and I certainly know I am not the only one that has had an encounter with her. We just cant get over her messed up dramatic rude disfunctional attitude that she displayed towards the situation. So feel free management to me.

Went there on a Tuesday afternoon with a fairly large group of people and The place was filthy. I skipped the meat selections because they didnt look fresh and the bins were left uncovered, with a large portion of the meat in the bins being well above the ice line. There was sauce that had spilled and dried into sticky splotches all over the counter where the customers set their bowls prior to the cook putting them on the grill. Other than us and one other group, the restaurant was not busy, yet the spills had been left long enough to dry. When I went to get a fork I had to sift through the bins to find one that didnt have rice or straw wrapper pieces stuck to the tongs. About five bites into my rice noodles and vegetables a black hair, about 4 inches long, came up with the noodles. When the cashier walked past and asked if she could take my plate, which Id stopped eating, I showed her the hair. She snapped at me, "Well, I isnt my hair. Mine has been put up." I told her it wasnt mine either (my hair is reddish brown. She then pointed at my friends, who were sitting at a different table, and she said that it probably belonged to one of them. She then took the plate and walked away. I wasnt asking for my money back, I just thought that she might have been concerced about enough to check the food line, or that she would at least apologize. Another member of our party had came in late and only wanted to buy a drink, as shed eaten already. The same employee told our party member, "Id better not see you eating." when she rang up her drink. The only thing dirtier than the restaurant was the rotten attitude of the employee. I will never go back.

Wow! How has this place not killed someone yet? The health department needs to check them out. Old vegetables, meats half thawed, onions with roots still attached, unwashed mushrooms, browning sprouts, floating vegetables and meats in the sauces, and Im just getting started. I actually pointed this out to the staff, and asked to speak to manager and wanted my money back. (I did receive a refund.) The woman who came out was possibly the owner though it wasnt explained to me. When she arrived at the buffet, I explained to her that I am a Chef and wanted to point out to her the problems with her buffet. She listend to what I had to say long enough to ask her translator wait staff to explain to the cooks what was wrong with the food, and then makes the excuse that her refridgerator is not working properly. The food I saw was chopped a week prior minimum and the meats were not at a proper holding temperature. That everything on the buffet could be contaminated or rotten takes a real special group of people to say, "I dont care about you as long as I get paid and you dont complain." Now this was the front of the house which is always supposed to look clean. Now imagine what you would find in the back of the house. I am glad I saw the problems before choosing to dine. Btw this was right after they opened the doors for the day the freshest part of the day. Long story paraphrased, dont eat here you could die.
