If I could give 0 stars for this location I would. We have recieved poor service and continued to give a second chance. Tonight was the last one. The last time we ordered we were delivered the wrong the pizzas, which means not only did our order come wrong, so did someone elses. Tonight we placed an order online with an estimated delivery time of 6:49. When it was 30 minutes late, I called into the store. First person: "sorry, we dont see it in the system." And gets the manager. Manager: "okay, yes I found it. Its out for delivery". When I asked how long hed been out, she stated, "he left 15 minutes ago." When I asked why it was so late she stated, "we have no way to adjust the time estimates and its been very busy." Okay, no big deal, I can accept that. Not two minutes later my husband gets a call from the delivery driver: "I tried delivering your pizza to (our address) but a man answered and said he didnt order a pizza" Seeing as how my husband was outside mowing the lawn, we know it didnt come to our house. After I got on the phone the driver said, "theres obviously another (our address)" ... Uh, nice try buddy, thats not how it works. I said I wanted to speak to the manager and he said okay. (Im confused how this is possible since he was out for delivery with our pizza and delay was because they were so busy, according to the manager). When the manager came on the phone, I went through the events above and asked her if the delivery driver lied or if she did, because the story doesnt add up. Her response, "I didnt lie to you! He was out for delivery and left 15 minutes ago" First problem with this? My house is a 10 minute drive from the shop. Second problem? This was the alleged second attempt to the wrong address with a cold pizza. Awesome. She also gave the excuse that the system gave wrong directions. Im assuming to the "other" exact same address. Weve had deliveries from this location before, so Im not sure what made tonight any different. (our online order confirmation had the correct address) Rather than call after the failed first attempt (if it even happened) and ask for an address verification, our order was ignored. Then, instead of the manager telling the truth, admit there was a mistake, and send out a new pizza, both employees were untruthful and provided excuses. Its no surprise the employee tried to cover their tracks when thats the example set forth by the manager. Needless to say, we will never bring our service to this location again. Hopefully corporate will provide adequate training for customer service and competency.

The pizza was sufficient as usual but the quality of service was severely lacking. As someone who has been to this particular eatery many times throughout my lifetime, the service and the way they go about presenting food was always a staple. I visited this particular location a recently and after getting my order wrong (didnt want certain things on my burger) the manager I believe preceded to take my dish back to the kitchen. He returned and apologized for the inconvenience placing the supposed fixed burger on the table. I went in for a bite and got a taste of something peculiar. Once the bun was removed I saw what has caused me to feel such a way. The ingredients that I instructed in my order and my subsequent complaint to be excluded were still on the burger. With upwards of 9-10 people working in the kitchen at one time, there is no excuse for that level of incompetency. What has happened in the past decade that these people do not care about what the customer wants or has to say. I wouldnt classify my preferences as lofty or anything of that nature so I was shocked by the situation. At the end of the day, the employees aimlessly mill around with no intentions and seem to have no clue about utterly anything. Do yourself a favor and just order pizza

The pizza and salad bar are good but (most) of the staff are rude and will not go above or beyond their job. I called to order pizza and salad and everything I asked for this guys says no to. I wanted sun flower seeds for Petes sake! Im willing to pay for them but he would not deliver them with my salad. I hadnt ordered pizza for a long time from them because last time we ordered, we found 3 - yes 3 hairs in our food, one in my salad, and 2 on the pizza. I wasnt going to complain after I found the first hair but my son found 2 on his food so I called to complain and the manager said to come in any time and he would replace my order. Of course I took him up on the offer and go in and he never recorded the conversation at all. even though I do like the food, the staff and dirtiness make it not worth it. Ill have to find a new place for pizza and salad. I refuse to spend money for poor customer service. This is for location by the mall - Thurston.

This is the second time we have had a problem with ordering for delivery. This time I called in and was told it would be 45 min to an hour. Ok, gave my card number and had it read back to me. Gave them my new phone number and confirmed the number was new. At 1 hour and 20 minutes I called back and got the "pizza was on its way". The clerk confirmed what I ordered and apologized. 20 mins later I called back and now got the shift manager who said there was a problem with my card and so the pizza was not cooked and oh by the way we lost your phone number (where is the caller ID ????) This was the same lame excuse from the first poor delivery service problem and I thought then it was just one of those things. So for over priced pizza this is not good service and I dont believe I would recommend them. Sad the owner is not aware the employees are burning down the business while their not there.

A few months ago we got a delivery from them and thru messed up our pizza completely when we called we were told they could make a new one but would be an hour or more (mind u I live 5 minutes away) when we said whatever we will just keep it they offered a medium pizza on our next order to make up for the extra large they screwed up. Well we are hard headed and obviously dont learn our lesson this evening we ordered and set for pick up I was given a time and sent much husband 5 minutes after said pick up time set by them is when they say the received the order. You would think sorry would be said and it would be on them right ? Wrong 20% was all those over priced doosh bags with over priced pizza had to offer. We love their pizza but unfortunately this location is either under poor management or its not a good company to buy from We will not be.returned unfortunately.

Most of these reviews are spot on! Horrible, I mean HORRIBLE, did I mention how horrible the service is? I looooove their pizza nonetheless, only had one bad, mostly uncooked pizza delivered but the rest have been great! Expensive for what you get but worth it on occasion. We dont dine in anymore. Its dark, dank, too many tvs, too cold, ugly interior, dirty, just kinda ewe....the salad bar looks and smells like a war zone, but it COULD be great if they cared, lots of toppings and options just nasty though and poorly maintained is highly understated. The counter folks couldnt care less about anything, you never get your twisty things without asking and waiting, their "deals" are confusing and restrictive, no one seems to know an answer for any inquiry, and just a general lack of care and attention.
