Arrived a little after 8pm. Restaurant was fairly empty, and we were seated right away by a very nice hostess. About 5 minutes later the hostess came back with silverware, and we mentioned we were ready to order. She said she wasnt our waitress, but that our waitress would be along shortly to take our order. After waiting 10-15 minutes without seeing anyone, we asked the lady cleaning tables if she could get someone for us. She took her time finishing the table she was cleaning before walking away to, I suppose, locate our waitress. A few minutes later I saw the waitress come up, take the drink orders of a group that was seated 10 minutes after us, and disappear again. About 5 more minutes and she returned to take our drink orders, and we informed her that we were ready to order, which somehow surprised her. A while later our food showed up, delivered not by our waitress, but someone else we hadnt encountered yet. Two out of three orders were incorrect, and we asked for them to be corrected. A moment later our waitress appears, and in a very confrontational tone asks, "whats going on here? Whats the problem!" We explain and she goes off to do her thing, whatever that may be. At some point she comes back to bring food to the adjacent table, and one of the customers said that he ordered fries, but received onion rings. Rather than accept this discrepancy and fix it, she says, "you said onion rings, I repeated it back to you. Am I crazy?!" Fast forward to end of the meal. The pancake mixup was corrected, but my sister still has over easy eggs, instead of scrambled, which she had ordered. We went most of the meal with empty glasses. It is now after 9:05pm and we get our check. I immediately place my card on the bill and wait for her to come back for it. And I wait, and wait, and wait. 20 minutes later, she finally returns, and I am free to go at about 9:30. Totaled receipt with $3 charitable donation, and $1 tip, just to demonstrate that I meant to leave next to nothing, it was not an omission. I have never had worse service in my life, and I hope you are relegated to other duties.

I went over late here late on the forth of July after closing a store. We walk in and are standing for about 10 min before seeing a staff member which I completely understand have a lot to do. We finally get seated and our table has a thick layer of sticky so we had asked if we could have a rag to wipe down the table the first time shes like yeah no problem a few min later she comes back and we ask again she roles her eyes and shrugged us off. I completely understand having a lot to do, I didnt want her to do it so we figured if we got the rag then we could do it no problem. The person serving us brought us Diet Pepsi instead of regular then proceeds to tell me that the ones she gave me were Pepsi. We only got two of the 3 drinks. She said the Pepsi wasnt working right. She didnt offer us anything else to drink but yet still charged us for 3 drinks, we once again tried letting her know the drinks we got were diet and she sat there arguing with me about it. Then she goes to bring us our food. She brought less then half the order out (I completely understand that part) then she brings out the wrong food laughs and goes oh I wasnt even paying attention to what I grabbed. I waited about 5-10 min after everyone had there food to get my food. Then wait about a half hour for our bill. At this point we were pretty upset and asked to speak to the manager and the person serving us is like thats me. So we expressed out concerns to Jenna and she starts to tell us shes doing the best she can and how she doesnt know what to do. Then looks at us and asks what we want her to do, we were like we dont care we just want to leave so she gave us a small discount and we finally were able to leave. I was very upset with our service.

Highly dissatisfied, in fact we left the restaurant before placing an order. We entered IHOP on a Saturday evening at 9:30pm expecting that this location would uphold the expectation brought about by the high quality establishments for shopping and food that are located at Cascade Station. We entered the restaurant and waited at the front counter by an associate who did not say hello, they did not make eye contact, they did not speak a word to us. This was not the icing on the cake. We followed this associates grunts and gestures over to a secluded booth where we sat for no less than 20 minutes waiting for someone to serve us, we werent even brought water to drink. Eventually a young lady came and very politely asked us if she could help us and unfortunately her good attitude was not able to turn my mood and we left the establishment, driving miles across town to the other local IHOP. If I stayed home I could have made pancakes myself. I wouldnt have had to drive across town to the other IHOP. Customers go to a restaurant for the service, for the atmosphere, and for the quality. If you cant provide these qualities then you have no business, being in business. No excuse for a warm Saturday night in June. No excuse for a place that wants to take $30 and a tip for my fiancé and I to have dinner. No excuse for an IHOP restaurant putting a bad name to a company my family has thoroughly enjoyed for years. Zero stars if I could give less than one. Yall dropped the ball this time.

There were only a handful of other people in the restaurant while we were there. We were seated quickly, received our drinks quickly, then ordered our food quickly, but that’s where it went downhill. It took almost an hour after placing our order to get our food. During this hour long wait we did not see our waiter, or any waiter, for the entire hour long duration. We sat at the table with our empty drink glasses wondering if they forgot us. When part of our food finally arrived, mine was okay, but the wife’s was cold, and they didn’t bring any of the kids’ food. My wife immediately asked for her soup to be heated up because it was cold, they took her whole plate, which is fine, but didn’t return with it for about 10 minutes. So this entire 10 minutes I am the only one with food, I wasn’t about to start eating it in front of my starving kids, or wife, so there it sat for 10 minutes getting cold. They finally showed up with the rest of the food. When my wife grabbed her sandwich off the plate the bread was all soggy and spongy, and the soup was curdled. They micro waved her entire plate of food to re-heat the soup. It was gross. In short it took a total of 70 minutes to get 3 orders of children’s pancakes, one hamburger, one bowl of curdled soup, and a micro waved sandwich.

The manager Tommy was extremely rude to his staff and myself. I overheard Tommy threaten another employee with working doubles just because that employee wanted to ask him a question. I had a free birthday voucher and in order to receive my promotional free birthday meal, he had to see my email which was on my cell phone. Instead of briefing looking at my phone, he tool my personal property to the back kitchen, out of sight from me and his staff for about 30 seconds. When my phone was returned to me, I told the server how rude and upset I was that he did that. Another manager came out and talked to me. He said he didnt know what to say and that he was sorry. He also told me that he was not on the clock and just happened to stop intp the restaurant like it wasnt his problem. I told him that I was shocked that this was behavior coming from a manager. I asked the server if he was always "like that" and she said he was. I have had to completely wipe out all of the information in my phone, do a hard reset and change all of my account information because I cant trust that this manager did not install any hacker software or steal any of my personal information. It just takes a few moments for someone to do that. Phones are really insecure devices.
