My husband and I went to this BWW on Saturday, 4/1/17 and placed an to go. Decided to go into the bar to wait for our order. Couldnt believe it, every table that was vacant was in serious need of cleaning. Someone had to come clean a table before we were able to sit down. All the other vacant tables remained dirty for our entire visit, which was approximately 45 minutes. After a while, we noticed the to go order was taking a lot longer than normal and went to check on it. We discovered that our order had been just sitting there (the young lady told us when we ordered that she would bring our food to the bar when it was ready...didnt happen). After finally getting our order, we looked in the bag and there was "sauce" spilled all over the to go box that contained our food. When we asked what it was, the girl at the counter said "oh its just a little sauce". Needless to say we asked for another box. Weve been to this BWW before and it was spot on. Dont know what happened this night. This was a very poor dining experience.

This was wasnt my first time eating at levels of spiciness place like this (been to Red Robin) but it was my first time to a wing bar where you get the full sorts bar experience. They have huge projection screens and lots of TV playing the major sports network-college sports, golf, hockey. Sadly no auto racing that day. That was really cool. Theres a bar area and a restaurant area. I went on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy, but not super crowded. I got the Sunday special; large boneless wings (24 wings) for the price of the small (12) which is a good deal. That also have the traditional burgers, sandwiches, salad, deserts, and lots of beers and wines. There are a lot of different coating sauces and dry rubs in different levels of spice. Just so you know, the spiciest sauce isnt really if you like spicy foods. Wings were good, not overcooked and the breading wasnt really thick. I think Id go back. Its a neat place, and yes, if you get a freshly cleaned table, it will probably be sticky.

Terribly disappointed and will not visit again. Unreasonably slow service on at Sunday lunch time. Ordered fried pickles. Delivered without ranch dressing. Asked for ranch dressing and two plates to split order. Waitress who delivered food never returned with either. - Had to ask the bartender. 25 minutes later stil no wings along with no check in from bartender. As bartender walked by I asked her about my order. She went to the kitchen. Returned about 3-5 minutes later with our two orders. One was completely inedible as if it had been ready for a while and just sitting out. The other was fairly good. The blue cheese dressing was sour. Will not return. I have had better experiences at the BWW over by the airport in Portland - thankfully.

I dont have a lot of great experiences with BWW. Every time I visit the place (which isnt on a regular basis) it seems that there is simply not enough staff. I ordered my drinks and food when we met there for a fantasy football draft, only to have to wait 45 mins. until the waitress showed up again and I could ask her where my food was. 45 minutes! She apologized, but I got nothing comped. Not even the pint of Hefe. Im not one to demand to be comped something if a place screws up, but the attempt to make it right just wasnt there. She was in over her head with all of the customers. Thats the first and only time @that location, but Ive had plenty of experiences @others that were the same.

SUPER SHITTYYYYYYY SERVICE. ONCE THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER I BECAME AN INCONVENIENCE TO THE MANAGER WHEN I CALLED TO GET THE FOOD I PAID FOR HE HAD A FAKE ASS TONE WITH ME DIDNT EVEN LOOK ME IN THE EYE AS IF HE WAS SUPER UNINTERESTING THAT THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER. I WASNT EVEN UPSET MY ORDER WAS MESSED UP BECAUSE I GET IT YOU BEEN AT WORK ALL DAY DEALIMG WITH PEOPLE ALL DAY I GET IT BUT YOURE AT WORK DO YOUR JOB UNTIL YALL MF CLOSE. THATS WHAT YOU GET PAID FOR so I got upset when his fake ass was rude to me. So make sure you fully express what you want on the menu and how you want it before you become an inconvenience to the Napoleon dynamite lookin ass manager.

I used to come here quite regularly, until it started going downhill. The fried pickles used to come with sauce and a decent amount and now they come with about 10 pickle chips on them and you have to ask the waiter several times for the sauce. It seems like no matter how busy it is the service is always TERRIBLE. You have to ask waiters for things multiple times after they forget to give you your items. Not to mention the second waiter who brings out your food, in the past 5 times Ive been there this secondary waiter has failed to get anything we asked for (which they forgot in the first place) even sometimes asking multiple times.

We come here pretty regularly and always enjoy the food, the drinks, and of course the games and atmosphere! But I wanted to give a special review to our waitress, named Bailey, who noticed our card still on the table and immediately bolted after us. She was working in the bar juggling a ton of tables on a Sunday football day so the fact that she took the time to chase us down was very, very thoughtful and we were so impressed! 30 seconds later we wouldve already been gone as we were already pulling out of the parking lot. Thank you so much Bailey! Great, great service!

Waitresses on the weekday evenings, during happy hour are awesome! They remember mine and my husbands drinks every time we come in, and always make us feel welcome. No matter how busy they are, the girls(two of them specifically) make us feel like we are the only patrons in the restaurant. Bailey, and another sweet, brunette(shes a bartender there as well) always serve us, and we love them! Also, the 5 dollar pulled pork sandwich is AWESOME, as well as the 3.50 margaritas at Happy Hour. The location at Hazel Dell has become a favorite of ours. Keep up the good work!

Deffinately not a place to eat everyday if your on a budget. But if you want to hang out with some friends, watch a game on the many TVs, then youll have a blast. Little hard to focus on one game though. Food is great and beers are fresh. Dont try to go for a family night during a Blazer game as you will not get in unless you get there at about 2 in the afternoon. :)

The food wasnt bad, the service was though, or waitress didnt come to the table often, other tables that arrived after us were served first, some of the food was cold, and orders werent cooked how we asked. I work in sales, so I dont understand how being in a service oriented job, a waitress wouldnt want to get a larger tip based on their efforts

Very noisy. If you like watching sports with a group, then you may like this place. I didnt find the food to be anything special. The salt and vinegar wings had virtually no vinegar. The caribe an jerk tings just tasted like tomato sauce, ginger with a little bit of honey and curry. Very disappointing! Dont plan on returning.
