I was waiting in line to order...4 slow inefficient staff behind the sandwich counter tripping over each other the "manager"...wearing some dingy dirty chef style jacket and pajama bottoms that looked like they were slept in...a tall skinny male being completely condescending to customers...the place is filthy...the final straw was watching yet another staff use the sharp edge of the knife blade to scrape the crud off the counter and proceed to chop a cucumber with the same knife that had a roll of crud on the blade and put it in someones salad...this place is disgusting ...way way over priced using low quality ingredients.

Food is good. Staff are friendly. Prices are reasonable. I left off a star only because the thing I usually get, the breakfast burrito, is made with frozen/prepackaged sausage and egg discs.
