We love Reedville cafe, our regular breakfast place. The service is excellent, the food is spot on. (Though order the cube potatoes instead of the hash browns, theyre better) Were having a veggie and bacon, avocado omelet, Belgian waffle, all delicious . Monthly specials are creative and delicious. Family friendly and a very comfortable environment. Their desserts are to die for, theyve got an excellent baker and they always have killer gluten free options. They also have a really nice happy hour menu. Other favorites of mine: good burgers, black and blue ceasar, sweet potato fries and their tuna melt. Obviously not haute cuisine but very, very good, consistent and reasonably priced .

First time here and my husband and I give it a 4. Food was good, service was fine but our waiter seemed kinda depressed. They have a nice 8-table patio next to the parking lot. Their only gluten free bread option was a bun which wasnt very good. I had the bacon avocado cheese omelette with some extra veggies and the gluten free bun, added $2.50 to my bill which I felt was kind of high. They serve their breakfast menu until Noon and then they have a smaller breakfast menu plus lunch and dinner for the rest if the day. This place is your typical mom & pop diner.

Low prices, large portions, decent selection of comfort foods, unimpressive food quality. Vegetables came out pale and mushy, fried food was inconsistent (limp mozzarella sticks, crispy chicken fried steak), clam chowder was thin. The servers are friendly and attentive (the place is usually empty except on weekends at mid-day), but the service tends to be a bit rushed: appetizers and entrees sometimes come out within a few minutes of each other. Reedville Cafe is decent if you just want food and dont really care how it tastes.

Food was a rip off in this family-style diner, similar to a Dennys. Ordered two really expensive dishes from their crab specialty menu. Crab cakes were mediocre. Seafood crepes were chock full of mushrooms, with a few, pea-sized pieces of shrimp and a few flakes of crab meat that we practically needed a microscope to find. Onion rings were burnt to a crisp. God awful 90s lounge music playing in the background. Crap-ola for over $40 + tip. Never. Ever. Again.

First time at this iconic restaurant. Server (Grant) was very attentive and friendly. Iced tea is the real deal. Hubby had crab and shrimp melt with hand cut fries. He pronounced it excellent. I had chicken parmesan with honest to God real mashed potatoes and delicious green beans. So good. We ordered buttermilk cake with dark chocolate ganache (chocolate decadence) and black bottom peanut butter pie . Excellent meal and service. Well be back!

Have been going here for years and really like the place. They have an awesome weekday morning happy hour menu. However, looking forward to their annual January Crab Fest, I went last evening to have my favorite crab bisque. Although the flavor was good, it was luke warm. The place was quite busy so didnt get much attention from the wait staff to have them reheat it. Ill still go back there but not sure will be having cold crab bisque again. :-(

Ive been here only once, but I already know that I want to return! Heres a tip to thrifty eaters: go on Mondays. All their burgers are $5 each, and all drinks are only $1 each. My family of four ate well for like, $35 and we were really filled. I had the mushroom burger and it was DA BOMB. My parents went back with two couples from our church and really enjoyed eating on the outside deck. So check it out and decide for yourself. :)

Went to the cafe today for lunch for the first time. I regretted it. It is low quality food or maybe the cooks are unexperienced cooks. The food was cold the hashbrowns were raw still frozen. I dont mind paying for good food but that was not good food. The waitress was nice but slow. I dont like to ask for more coffee and we did 2 times. Over priced n bad food. Checked that one of my list to go.

PROS: Nice environment, good staff. Food is good quality. Love the breakfasts and happy hour menus. CONS: Overpriced for lunch and dinner. Ive been consistently disappointed by either the portion size and/or the quality of the food given the price. The $11 prawn po boy, for example, had far too few prawns -- a $7 sandwich at best. Overall a good place to eat if you can find a price special.

Weve been going to Reedsville for years, but the quality has fallen through the floor. My husbands mushroom burger was burnt, the French fries were overcooked stubble, my clams were NOT pan fried, but deep fried until they were like shoe leather. My moms baked potato was so old and reheated it was grayish brown inside. Everything but the price was degraded. Id rather eat at McDonalds.

I ordered a crab and shrimp open face sandwich. It was mostly shrimp and hardly any crab. The tomato slice was the hard white center. The salad was mostly all lettuce with one measly cherry tomato and slice of cucumber. The salad bowl was very small and when I put the dressing on it and tried to eat it, a lot of the stuff fell out. I think the price was too high for what I got.

I have enjoyed popping in for a quick cup of coffee and a dessert which are always good. But recently we stopped by for breakast and were disappointed. The biscuit that came with the breakfast was hard and very chewy. My friends eggs were soft fried and runny on the top. They did rectify the eggs when she conplained. The peppered bacon was good. Server was attentive.

Support local restaurants! Reedville goes a good job with their seasonal menu, food quality and service. They cater to families very well and everything is very clean. Things can be a bit pricey for a family but you can usually find a way to split and make it a little more affordable. Its a step above a chain, but dont go here expecting too much.

Went for a Happy Hour. It was a decent happy hour. They do have seating outside so thats nice. The server was busy being the only one there. The food wasnt stellar but wasnt bad. Ill possibly go back for location. One drawback/good thing is the location is right on Cornelius pass and TV Highway so at rush hour it can get a little loud.

This place has a wonderful diverse breakfast menu that made it hard to choose from some delicious-looking options. I settled on the crab scramble, a very cheesy mix of scrambled eggs, Tillamook cheese, Dungeness crab, green onions, and hash browns and toast on the side. It was delicious, and the food was prepared very quickly.

2 trips, 2 great meals! Started off my experience with this place with The Shack Stack was like taking a bit put of history. Great flavor and textures. Second visit, Coconut Shrimp and tots. Only way it could have been better was if they offered something with a bit more punch than the Orange Marmalade.

The service is great, friendly and personable. The food is ok, and I really mean just ok. It seems to cater to the older demographic. Its not my favorite place, but its nice. Mary is a great server, she was very attentive and helpful. The food came out quickly, but was rather texture-less and unexciting.
