One of the worst fast food experiences. My friend and I came in and were warned by a waiting customer that itd be a while to get our food, as hed be waiting a long time, but we shrugged it off. We figured he was exaggerating or being impatient. But it took over 30 minutes to get our food. It wasnt even that busy - there was only us and two other small parties in the dining room. During our waiting time, TWO customers from the drive thru came in because their orders were wrong. Another warning sign. When we did finally get our meals, my friends was wrong. TWICE (technically three times). How hard is it to make a plain hamburger with only ketchup? They brought it out with cheese two times - the last time they took off the cheese but added pickles. Wtf?! The employee serving us acted like it was OUR fault, too. We werent offered any coupons or free food for all of this either, like at other BKs. All we got was complaining employees. We even heard the cook, all the way in the back, whining about having to remake our food! It took almost an hour total to order, get our food, and eat. Just ridiculous. I wanted to just leave but they already had my money.

I have visited this burger king several times but this is the first time that I have written a review. On this visit, I waited 5 minutes at the microphone before I was able to give my order. After i gave my order and drove up to the pick-up window, I was told that what I had ordered was not in stock. Just wasted 10 minutes of my day with nothing to show for it. I have visited this location several times and every time has been a dissapointment either it took 15 or more minutes for us to get our food or the order was mixed up. I keep telling myself that I will never go there again and every time I decide to give it another chance I get dissapointed. I am sure that the people who work here are very nice and are good people. However, the service is terrible, and I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone who would like fast food and an accurate order.

I worked at this burger king and all i can say is I was worked off the clock and was unaware of all rules... Anyways thee were constantly messed up orders a countless amount of buns dropped on the floor and no concern to child labor laws The night manager Randi was sure of this. in order to not get written up for extremely slow service she had other employees speed through the drive thru in order to sustain a under 2min and 30 sec for every order I ended up quitting because of the extreme pressure of having a 16 year old kid clean th whole entire kitchen and close by himself...( it is illegal for minors to work past midnight even though i worked from 4pm to 4am once and only got paid for 8 hours) I suggest not even thinking about eating at this fast food death trap!

Ordered a 1 whopper meal no ketchup, hvy mayo, hvy pickles and received whopper no mayo, light pickles and hvy ketchup. I ask them to remake it like I ordered it and keep in mind the was no other customer in the whole place just me and my order. The second time I received a whopper with no ketchup, red pickles and mayonnaise slathered all over the inside of the wrapper, all over the out side of both the top bun and the outside of the bottom bun so that I would be soaking my hands in mayo to try to pick it up and it looked like the person who made it did so by throwing the ingredients at it from across the kitchen with more on the outside of the buns wrapped in the wrapper then between the buns. Keep in mind I was the only customer this whole time.

I ordered a sandwich with no sauce. When I got it, I unwrapped it to check and didnt see any sauce. But when I tried to eat it, I found that the restaurant had put sauce on it, then tried, unsuccessfully of course, to scrape it off. YUCK! When I tried to phone the restaurant the same afternoon to complain, no one answered the phone. Multiple attempts got the same lack of response. Maybe they get phone calls from irate customers on a regular basis and just decided not to answer the phone? This restaurant has lost my business - and Ill be sure to tell everyone that will listen to avoid it as well.

This restuaraunt is improving greatly from when these last reviews were written for one randi as mention by joshtoner no longer works at this resturaunt. My apologies to holly if you used the number listed here before that was an incorrect number and i am sorry that it was not listed correctly before it is against policy to "scrape"the sauce off the bun and i apologize i am not a manager i am a crew member transferred to this store to make changes in terms of how the crew operates. The number has been updated to the correct number and if u call i assure someone will answer.

USED to work there, the managers are idiots, one trained me incorrectly, the other was a slacker. And the District Manager literally just sat in the lobby on his laptop instead of doing his job, unless he had to fire someone he was eating or on his computer....Foods awful, management sucks, the store manager doesnt care when something breaks, but all the other employees on my level were at least good people.

This only one of the fast-food places on Trosper Road, but one of the best, The wait time is usually 2 to 3 minutes to place the order, and maybe 5 minutes max. to receive the order, even at peak times (10:30 am to 12:30 pm), the staff are always willing to lend a hand, A very nice atmosphere, for one person or family, highly recommended.

Walked in about 10:15AM on a Saturday with one customer ahead of me. Took about 5 minutes before anyone greeted and assisted us. My order went in at 10:21AM according to the receipt, and received my meal at 10:30AM. That is painfully slow service for a pair of burritos.

we were hungry and needed our fix, Constance took our order, she was OUTSTANDING!! we overheard her with a couple of other guests, very polite, full of smiles eager to please, and especially helpful. By far the best Burger King store I have ever been to.

read me back my order correct, had us pull forward and wait 10more min for our food told us it was very hot (it was barely luke warm) and then messed the whole order up
