I have been coming to this restaurant for years and I can say with a decent amount of authority (as I was born and raised in the Beaverton/Hillsboro area) that this might be the best teriyaki joint on the west side.Their food is great and they have a pretty large menu, another reviewer said their Chicken Yakisoba is their favorite and it is mine as well. They also have very good pot stickers, chicken skewers, and their teriyaki bowl if very reasonably priced. This is a "ma & pa" shop with great service, they are always super fast with the food, friendly, and polite. They remember your order after not too long, and then your name not long after. The kind of service that you thought didnt exist anymore. If I had to say that this place had one flaw it would probably be the decor. While its always very clean, it is a bit tacky and small. Its not really an issue if youre eating by yourself or on a casual outing with some family or friends, but I wouldnt take someone here on a first date. Other then that this place is awesome and I hope they never go out of business.

First time coming here, I wouldnt go back. We didnt eat our food and although we didnt ask for a refund, we only wanted to let the manager know why we were not eating it. The rice (sticky rice) looked like goo. The shrimp was not well cooked and they drenched the teriyaki sauce all over the food. The manager was screaming at me telling me that it was sticky rice and complaining thats when my husband had to calm him down letting him know I wasnt being rude. I dont feel like he is a bad person, but maybe a bad business man who does not listen to his customers. I am surprised he has been in business this long. It was $16 in the trash, we returned the food and went to Washington Square for their teriyaki. A little further but for their price at $10 (two meals) and quality, its worth it.

My absolute go-to place for take-out! Enjoy: Gigantic portions, Food made with 100% vegetable oil and 0% MSG, The most affordable lunch prices around, + Supporting a local small business run by a charming couple! There are a ton of variations and options, but the "Hot & Spicy Plates" are a piping hot flavor experience! Alternatively, if you have that "teriyaki sauce" craving, the expertly grilled chicken they do with the "teriyaki plate" is an experience in lunch plate perfection.

Love going here. The husband and wife that run 21 Teriyaki are always friendly. They cook their food extremely consistently and well. The yakisoba, I feel, is their specialty although they have a pretty large menu. They also keep their prices consitently lower than other similiar restaurants in the area, so going out to eat here wont break the bank. All in all, the food tastes great, it comes out fast (dining or take out), the service is great and the price is right.

Excellent spot to sneak away too on lunch from a corporate gig (close to Nike, Intel, FTFCU), and always get back within an hour. Fresh cooked, inexpensive, good teriyaki at a great price. Awesome customer service and quaint restaurant...highly recommended.

I have been coming here for years and have always been happy with the food and service. The food is fresh cooked when you order and the cook does an excellent job. The portions are sized appropriately and the price is good. Definitely worth a visit.

I eat lunch here on a regular basis. The food is good, but the service is great. Its a family owned business and they make sure they remember their customers likes. The Chicken Yakisoba is one of my regular dishes.

Unfortunately I have been spoiled with better bento. The chicken portion was small and seemed to have more rice than anything. I already have a favorite bento so I probably wont go back
