First off I would like to say that I love pizza hut pizza so this review is not based on the quality of food but their customer service.. I recently moved to the area from Eastern WA, when I called and gave the guy who answered the phone my number he asked me "are you sure the area code isnt (360)" because a (509) area code was unheard of apparently... that should have been my first clue. After I gave him my number twice and he repeated it back to me (which was correct when he repeated it out loud)... same goes with my address he still somehow messed up the entire thing. He switched two of the numbers in my phone number and for my address he wrote down "Tumwater" instead of Olympia.. (I live in south Olympia, thats why I didnt call the West Olympia location) After waiting for an hour for our 2 pizzas I called to check in because they said they would be here in 30 minutes. The gal who answered the phone put me on hold and then the manager got on the phone.. and instead of just simply saying Im sorry this was our fault and we will fix this like someone who knows how to work in customer service. She began to tell me she didnt know what happened to our pizzas and started asking me 3 different times "are you sure their arent any other numbers you gave us"?she couldnt find the address because that was also taken down wrong. Not once did she apologize, not once did she say this was our fault.. Instead she was trying to argue with me and try and make this my fault.. I dont like to get a tone with people on the phone because 95% of the time customer service people are just doing their job, but this young gal had the WORST customer service I have ever come across. I will never order from pizza hut ever again.

I placed an online delivery order a few days ago deciding to give this store another chance. Having received an incorrect order from them in the past I called to confirm the details. The young woman who took my call was very sweet and personable as she double checked my order. She also let me know that I could add a 2ltr of pop to the bread sticks I had already ordered for only $0.75 extra. Why not? Even after calling and editing my order, it still arrived 5 minutes earlier than promised. My food was correct and they even sent some cups along with the 2ltr. This experience definitely won me back. Ill be ordering again soon.

Placed on line order for pick up got to store at pick up time and had to wait another 40 min for food all they said was sorry we mixed up pizza as we watched them throw away full pizzas.....absolutely ridiculous

Overall, the pizza is amazing! Unfortunately, when I went to pick my pizza up, the shift manager (I believe her name was Victoria) was extremely rude and showed 0% possession of ANY customer service.
