The only reason we still come here is for the coffee and its right off the freeway before we get to work. We have had so many complaints about this location. There has been 3 times I have been sitting next to my mom in the car when she says she needs 2 café mochas for example. Yet every time we get to the window "Oh no maam youve only ordered 1". Ha-ha No! Weve gotten drinks without stoppers. We should not have to ask for that. When its cold outside obviously the coffee will get cold without it. Theres at least 2 specialty drinks weve ordered where they werent stirred! The butterscotch was at the bottom the Carmel was at the bottom! What is going on? We work customer service jobs and Starbucks or at least this location needs to work on there customer service skills!

I go to the Starbucks quite a bit and so do my employees and all the businesses around that area, and the place is quick very friendly and always do a good job at the orders. So far I havent personally seen anyone with an attitude or looking like they dont want to be there. They are always friendly and willing to help someone decide something by describing how it is. It is a very quick and clean place. The drive-thru line is sometimes very long but it is worth the wait considering they do a good job and the coffee is delicious. I would definitely recommend going to the Starbucks to get a good sandwich and definitely to get some coffee.

Bad service if your a younger person. I am a Starbucks person. Sadly its true. I go to them all the time. But this one the girls are usually sharp with me when I order and this time a manager really put me off. I was waiting for my drink to be done, and thought I would look at the cups and coffee etc. And she just stood there right next to me and followed me around. Ive never been "babysat" anywhere before and it really ruined my afternoon. I think its because everyone there was in business attire or workout gear and I was dressed casually/younger person? Still. At least pretend your not stalking a customer.

Contrary to popular belief, Starbucks doesnt know how to brew coffee properly. Like tea, when the water is too hot it makes the bean go sour. This renders a bitter cup of coffee instead of a naturally flavorful, sweet cup. I personally cant justify spending one penny at this establishment let alone the average $4 plus for a cup of sour biter coffee. Also a tip jar is ridiculous for a sub par cup of coffee. There are many independent coffee stands that make better coffee for less money and you dont have to engage the sterile and boring corporate environment that this company represents.

Living in the puget sound area and coffee go hand in hand. I drink coffee all times during the day and night so when I go to sea tac to pick up friends and/or family that are coming to visit (evenings seem to be the best time to land) so I go to this Starbucks because its open 24 hrs a day. Not only are they open 24/7, they have great customer service. Not a place I would travel to just for coffee and relaxing, but it is nice to do just that when going to the airport and you dont want to wait in a cell phone parking lot.

Today 11:59 their customer service is ditsy....slow. I had time to get in drive-thru get out of drive-thru, park go inside and come back out & get back in drive-thru & I still ended up in behind same car. I ordered 1 drink, than when I finally got to window to pay, my drink was wrong. Her attitude was sarcastically sweet. With that sqeeky fake voice. I need to just come at night, ha ha....better customer service.

I got to stop by and enjoy a premium bathroom experience. Unfortunately the stop was only for the restroom. I had already had enough caffeine for the day (monday), and I stopped for breakfast down the way a bit but the restroom where I had originally stopped was occupied. Luckily Starbucks had 2 restrooms, and they are nearly always nice restrooms as far as I can remember.

Worst starbucks i have been to...a couple of the staff just stood around and chatted together and forgot about my bagel...the lady Angel i believe just chatted with a guy who was off duty while customer waited to order...only seen 2 actually working and reminding the others to check the oven and beepers. So happy the starbucks close to me are not like this one.

Great service. Friendly staff. (During the day) I am here at this store daily sometimes 2x...pull up in drive thru and or walk in. Certain ladys know my drink and srart ordering it before i say anything...love the staff although they have been changing a lot lately...but love this Starbucks...koodos to the staff....

Really loud blasting music, people practically shouting to have a conversation. The place assaults your ears. Evening rush hour doing this? Perhaps. And perhaps if they didnt blast the music so loud people wouldnt have to shout to be heard. Either way this location was pretty terrible, even for a Starbucks...

Very disorganised staff , staff was rude at register . waited 24+ min to get a very berry refresher and have been pushed behind multiple people who arrived after I did and had multiple drink orders. wouldnt be upset if wasnt pushed behind other people and if the wait time wasnt horrible.

Had a bad experience today they botched my order but when I called and spoke to the manager she offered to replace my order + a little something extra!! So Ill give em a 4 instead or the 1 they would have gotten but because they usually get my drink correct!!!

Probably one of the slower places, as far as service goes. The lines in the drive thru often take considerably longer than at other locations. Its nice that their drive thru is open 24 hours, though. And the service is usually pleasant... just slow.

My experience at Starbuck are more of a treat to myself but when I get bad service and all I asked with my frappe. Was a tall cup of just ice and was told I had to wait and here I am still waiting 15 mins later . Why do I tip??

It is Starbucks. Very quick very convenient and very consistent. The drawback to this one is the internet is terrible here. It is extremely slow. They can make two lattes and a mocha quicker than you can download a webpage.

This Starbucks is exceptional! The staff always remembers my name and my favorite drink. They prepare everything quickly and accurately. Its also very safe - there are always at least five cop cars in the parking lot ;)

I ordered a venti iced chai tea latte LIGHT ICE and once I pulled up to the window I got a grande all they did was take my drink put it into a venti cup and FILLED it with ICE! SERIOUSLY? Not coming here again

We ordered a Vanilla Mocha and did not get it for 15 minutes. Had to walk up to them again to make them realize we had ordered it. This happened with the girl right behind us in the line too.

24 hour drive thru makes this a unique location. I wish it was closer to the freeway for late night long drives but that aside... Friendly, efficient service and they make my drink right.
