Arrived around 10AM on a Saturday this past weekend (end of April) and waited ~40 minutes for a four top. I think the wait time was exacerbated by a medium size group (~6 - 8 people) who stayed well after they were finished eating, simply conversing. In a joint this small, a group of that size consumes a significant proportion of the seating. Although it was a bit too cold and drizzly, it appears that they have ~5 picnic tables for outdoor seating that could also be used when the weather permits. All four people in our group really enjoyed the food. My wife also really enjoyed her pomegranate mimosa. I finished off my daughters unfinished oatmeal and I enjoyed it (it was topped with brown sugar, banana slices and almonds). Baby/kid friendly (offer half portions of regular menu items and have high-chairs available). Only parking available is street parking, but open spots were abundant when we arrived.

Walked in to grab a coffee that we could sit outside and drink after walking the dog and a horribly rude server stopped us before we could reach the counter to say dogs werent allowed. Did not offer to bring drinks out, was not okay with the dog standing there in the empty cafe for two minutes while we ordered. This is not customer service.

Both Ways is a nice alternative when the wait time at Geraldines is too long for you. They have friendly, casual service and really delicious biscuits. Theres definitely a comfy neighborhood feel to the place. The location is convenient to the lake and the dog park.

I got the Spanish Tortilla with a biscuit. It was similar to an omlett. It was tasty and filling. The jam on the biscuit was good too. The atmosphere was nice too - kind of artsy and unique, also pretty quiet at 8am on a weekday. Not cheap.

Im definitely Ave meat person, but this place serves one of the best veggie grilled sandwiches I have ever tasted. Great local place, amazing food made with high quality ingrediants and lots of old charm.
