The good: the new street tacos were delicious. Not exactly authentic Mexican but still good. The food came quick (after we waited for a long time to order it) and it was hot. Our server was friendly. The beer came quick and had an excellent head to it. The so-so: the loaded chips were sort of okay. An interesting take on what Id call "potato chip nachos." Pico de gallo was great, just like on the tacos. Cheese sauce was tolerable. Food overall was on the greasy side, which is to be expected, but still hits you in the gut a little. The bad: Boneless wings were extremely disappointing. Crusty, dry, and not very well covered in sauce (they advertise "perfect" sauce coverage, but they were far from perfect). It was incredibly loud, even for a sports bar. The staff were disproportionally contributing to the noise, which made it particularly unenjoyable. We were sitting at our table for almost 5 minutes before anyone paid attention to us. I eventually went and got menus myself. During the short walk to grab a couple menus, I had to dodge out of the way as four different servers came barreling through, oblivious to my presence. It wasnt a good day for being noticed by servers. Service in general was very slow. In spite of the place being busy, there were gaggles of servers standing around talking to each other while tables sat waiting to be bussed and customers (not just us) sat waiting to be served. Staff members were continuously clapping and cheering for their sports teams as they paced or stood idly watching the TVs. Maybe theyre trying to go for an atmospheric thing there, but it seemed weird when, again, people were waiting to be served. Overall just not a nice experience. Dont think well be back.

Ordered online and came after the time they said the food would be ready. Food wasnt ready and I had to wait another half hour to get my food. They did show me what everythi ng was besides my sauces that I had to pay extra for. When we got home, we had orders naked chicken tenders and chicken tenders, the naked tenders were cut in half to meet the 6 piece number, which in itself is sad, but in top of that they looked way over cooked. The crispy tenders were just an okay they also seemed over cooked. They we had a side salad and a side of fires with cheese sauce and chilli. Well I asked for the cheese sauce and chilli to be on the side but it was on the fires. The fires were cold and so was the naked tenders. Which means they and already cooked it and was waiting for a half hour for nothing. So the salad the leatuce was all wilted and nasty. Guess dont order side salads from a chicken place, but apparently dont order that either cause they cant cook that too. Then on top of all that they were missing several of our paid sauces that we wanted. Mind you we ordered online. There was a check list how could you not go over the list?! And to top it all off when we called the lady who was helping us had an attitude with us about how she showed us the food before hand. Well if that didnt make me angry the amount of times she was on her personal phone while working would have made anyone upset. The professionalism wasnt there, why would the cooks show up either?

I have been going to BWW faithfully on Tuesdays for the last year. The last several months my experience has been HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I always call in my order for take out. One experience I called on was put on hold; then when I finally got a server it was hard for her to hear me because the noise was so loud. When I got to BWW, I had to wait about .30 minutes for a call in order. Today, 8/23/2016, I called to order and was placed on hold for 5 minutes; then the phone hung up. I tried to call back several times but the line was busy. I got a server named Ryan who asked to put me on hold and I tried to explain that I was already put on hold and hung up on. Well, Ryan hung up on me again. I went into the restaurant and asked Ryan if he knew he had hung up on me and he replied, "Yes, we are busy...". I was shocked because the restaurant was not full or busy at about 6:45pm. I expressed to Ryan that saying the restaurant was busy on a Tuesday was like going to Starbucks and being told you have to wait for coffee-their specialty. He didnt seem to care. At this point I have decided that BWW does not deserve my business. The manager who I complained to on week before last brought my order out and said that so and so was not feeling good and did not come in on today. Well on Tuesday, I would think that a good manager would have extra staff on hand. This really should be 1/2 a star but ...

I definitely enjoy the food from here but I have had 2 terrible experiences. The first was a waiter who was so uninterested in serving I almost didnt tip. Made us wait so long for everything when it wasnt busy. A typical trip here takes like 30-45 minutes we were there for like an hour and a half waiting for drinks and then food and then forever and a day for the check. The second was a to go order that we called in. Normally you wait like 0-5 minutes for that. We were waiting for over an hour because of some issues with customers ahead of us having problems with their bills and instead of just handling the quick things first or having more than one person doing to to go section when there is a line now 10 people deep they just made everyone wait. By the time we got home the food was freezing. It wont stop me from going back but they could use better judgement on their timeliness.

Kind of upset. The customer service was great, the girl at the togo counter was incredibly polite. However, im upset with the cook. I ordered 2 things of fried pickles and an order of mozzerella sticks. Simple enough. I got home an began eating only to find that onr of my orders of fried pickles wasnt cooked all the way. On almost half of the pickles the batter was partially or completely raw on one side, so i checked the other order to find the same thing. Im a tad upset, but i understand mistakes happen. I just hope they recognize their mistake and dont let it happen to anyone else.

I loved this place back home in Maryland and was really excited to see one here, we have been twice now and each time was horrible. The food is okay(just ok, not worth the hour wait time), but the atmosphere is horrible, way too crowded and loud, very slow service, bad waitresses. Worst of all, I got food sickness from this place. Vomitting and nausea for days now, I think the traditional wings I ate were under cooked or contaminated. It is really sad, this use to be one of my favorite restaurant and I will not be coming back and I will be telling all my friends to stay away.

Fantastic service! My boyfriend and I go to this particular restaurant probably at least every other week. We live in Federal Way, but we make the trip in to Tacoma because this BWW is by far the best weve ever been to. The service is always wonderful, the people are really nice and accommodating. Sure it tends to be busy but its a sports bar/restaurant with awesome food that everyone loves. Of course its busy! We will always be going to this restaurant for our wing cravings.
