Bar Mingo is a lot of fun. We go here when we cant think of any place else to go or on Sundays where they have start having live music. Totally worth it. Their drinks are heavenly and their portions sizes are splendid. Not so much that you feel gorged. You cannot go wrong here, but you may want to get here early to grab a table.

My favorite small plates in Portland. If you are lucky enough to have a palette for NW sea food or like good wine pairings with excellent service in a cozy environment then this is place. Intimate and warm, with amazing food and great atmosphere. Cant recommend this place enough.
