Worst service. Started ordering and in the middle of placing order she immediately said "Well be right with you" like we said something offensive. Then as we get our food from the window, these two girls probably under the age of 20 were taking an order behind us and directly after she said; "that guy just talked to me like Im a mental retard". Completely unacceptable, considering it was right in the window with us right there and they continued giggling. I take much offense to that statement since "mental retard" is not at all polite. Having a sister with disabilities and growing up hearing people make fun of her, you learn how those words can hurt people. VERY unprofessional. If they were my employees they would be fired.

Absolutely Orwellian! Once my cell phone identified me as unemployed and within walking distance (by GPS), I was given tha great privilage of "stickin it to tha man by leaving this absolutely accurate observation of our current SimAmerica. Graciamos pendejoz.you turned genuine job-hunting into some sinister ITz game of lazer tag! Would have given 5 starz if I didnt know what kind of asian guy they think I am.

This particular Jack In The Box apparently doesnt know what "plain" is, considering my bacon ultimate cheeseberger (which was sans bacon, on my g/fs order as well) was SWIMMING in condiments. And they got it wrong AGAIN when I went back. Except this time I was just missing bacon. All in all, not a very good start for this particular Jack In The Box in my opinion.

This place was very rude! They refused to give me ice water, took them more than 20 minutes to give me my food, when I did get my food my breakfast burrito was very cold and soggy. The only good thing about this visit was they gave me fresh fries which very rarely ever happens! I would never recommend anyone to go here!

So i went to a late night pig out and order some burger. I kindly!! ask if they can make all my order fresh, the lady said "yes of course, they gonna be fresh hehehe~~" then i took it drove home 5 min later, took a bite and the meat was dry as the desert. Guess is just not my night.

Dont buy their teriyaki bowls and there tacos! The rice is very wet and soggy. Its almost mush. Baby food-like texture. They need to tell their employees to get stoned at home. Especially if everybody wants to get paid $15 an hour. Do your freaking job right.

I would give a negative if i could. We only ordered 3 drinks and a large fry. Waited at least 25 min in line at the drive thru. When we finally got to the window they had our order mixed up with someone else. Will not go there again.

5 stars alone for the excellent service! The gentleman who took our order was very friendly, helpful and interacted with my child with ease. Even tossed in Apple slices for free as she wanted to add them after wed already ordered.

Forgot to put my burger in my munchies box. Thats the main part of the meal. How do you forget that? When i went back to get it, it was not worth the trip back. The tacos were old and gross. Wouldnt eat here again.

Great service,open 24hrs and its one of the few fast food places where I dont feel like I have to take a little time to look in the bag just to double check if they forgot to put something I ordered in the bag.

Was late night service And We were in a group of 8 Family Members and I ... They were patient and didnt rush us even though they closed the lobby. I thought that it was GREAT SERVICES AND MANAGEMENT.

This jack in the box is really great. The workers on the late shift were awesome. I remember one employee that stuck out. Josh was his name and he made my visit laughful and I enjoyed it thank you.
