Lived over her for a year and I dont get off work tell about 11:30pm, so on my way home I stop by to eat. but every time I go there about 12am they have the worst customer service!! she cant even understand the order you tell her, the order screen is broken as well, and she always forget to put it my food that I pay for in the bag.!! This is the worst jack in the bix I have ever been too.!! You need new staff asap!

The drive thru staff are the rudest people Ive ever encountered in food service. Ever! Ive been in their side of the window in my youth and I can say I would have been fired over and over for the way Ive been treated here. Oh, and dont bother calling to talk to the Manager or District Owner. No one there does anything but give you the run around. Fast food is bad enough, but this place, forget it.

Must have been a newbie at the window seem like she was in a rush didnt ask me my whole order Frys size drink nothing when I got to the window Amelie money chicken sandwich wasnt even done or another five minutes or something weather hand inside the bag shes spinning it while shes waiting for my chicken sandwich I got no receipt and no napkins today was a really bad experience

I love this JITB..specifically, I love this place because of the folks working there. Being a fairly regular customer the last couple of months, I cant help but notice how friendly the employees are. Personally, I value the customer experience before anything else. Nothing picks me up on a glum day like an Oreo shake handed to me by a friendly person. YMMV.

Just at this location and had to change my order at the window and apparently the crew thought it would be cute to not put meat in any of my sandwiches... Will be calling corporate tomorrow when they are open to formally complain. Dont charge me for what you dont provide, I work hard for my money as well jerks

I was at jack in the box and some guy named Ryan told a customer that he was the supervisor and what he says gos. All she wanted was her food faster because they were short handed and there was a line for lunch rush. I guess as a supervisor he should of had more people there during his busy time.

If youre looking for FAST food, you wont get it. Youll still eventually get the unhealthy cheap food, but it definitely wont be in a timely fashion. It seems like this place either takes forever to get your food to you. Or the slim chance you do get your food fast, the order will be wrong.

Clean store with super friendly and very nice staff who keep the onside facilities clean and problem free. If you have to grab a bite before you get on I-5 South, this is your last stop and best stop to grab a quick bite before youre stuck in gridlock for an hour just to get to Tualatin.

I used to come here often during late night since I drive a cab, but lately the service has slowed significantly and I no longer see Tiffany as my window lady. I am not sure of a correlation but I would normally call this location as my favorite and now its 2 stars..

Not only is it totally yummy food but the service at this location has always been above par! Had what I think is the first issue with the food today in the 4 years I know weve been going there. The issue was handled with exceptional customer service! Thank you!

Just because I couldnt put no stars but first of all it took them forever to get me my order. Then I got it and it was missing a crossaint. Really bad service! I would not recommend this jack. And Im a jack lover. If I knew I would have gone to McPerro!!

Handy for a quick drive-through bit to eat late at night. The drive-through folks are always chipper and friendly. The interior tends to be a little on the cold side, probably to discourage the sometimes sketchy walk-in clientele from staying too long.

I eat here like 3 times a week because its one of the few places still open when I get off of work. Quality is great 95% of the time at least as far as fast food goes and everyone here is friendly; especially the skinny black chick. Thats my homie.

This is the worst fast-food location Ive ever been to. What a bunch of incompetent stoners. Ive been here about 5 times and they have consistently screwed up my order. One time they forgot about my order all together.
