I went thru the drive thru and order a Jumbo Jack with no onions or pickles, seasoned curly fries and a drink. It took a long time to get my order like 3 or 4 minutes after paying. I checked to make sure everything was in bag. I went to sneak a fry and the were not hot. They werent cold but warm doesnt even describe it. I know exactly what they did.... they put the fries in my bag and then waited for sandwich to be done. Even McDonalds waits to serve up the fries until the sandwich is done.

Jack in the box is generally good and this one is no exception. Clean inside and fast service plus good prices on good food make this one of my top fast food places. This location has one of those mix your own soda machines where you have tons of flavor choices simply by selecting different combinations of base drink plus added flavors.

You dont really have much of a choice late night. All their buns have a cardboard like texture. Not soft at all. They often make mistakes but im usually too far to bother going back. Way too much of the condiments but when your food taste awful you have to cover it up somehow.

You can tell alot about a fast food place by the detail and care they put into their value menu orders. From the one star review i hope you can discern that there was not much detail or care given to the food. I can only imagine what is going on behind the scenes.

For some reason this jitb is far better than any other. Customer service is always at best. Never see them back up much no matter how busy they get, they can handle it. Been going there for over 40 yrs.

Just visited 8/27 at 8:10. Great unless you go inside. Horrible horrible wait times. After waiting too long, I gave up and left. They only care about the drive-thru.

A good, go to spot for late night snack/meal. It is right off of the 880 Marina Blvd exit so quick access. There is a drive thru there. Late night FTW.
