Its a nice little spot, small and crowded, but has character. We were excited for breakfast, unfortunately they left us with a bad taste in our mouths. First off the item we were hoping to try was the biscuits and gravy. Upon ordering we were told that they just sold the last one, and wouldnt be willing to make anymore, because they make them fresh. This was 3 hours from closing. We were disappointed, but willing to take another stab at the menu. We ask the waitress what is better, the pumpkin pancakes, or the French toast. She responds emphatically, "the French toast!" So that is what we order. 30 minutes later the waitress returns to the table to inform us they are also sold out of the French Toast. We almost leave, but we were with friends and they had just received their order. We decided to share the already delivered food as a group, and go for lunch instead. Its a shame, the place has potential, but the food prep and kitchen is managed extremely poorly, that or the cooks are lazy. Especially for a place that is only open for breakfast and lunch. Our final impression was the waitress excited to tell us that they took the French toast off of the bill for us. Thanks for not charging us for food we didnt receive. We appreciate it.

Beautiful place which is why I gave 2 stars, but customer service was horrible! We got to the restaurant and waited 25 mins for seating which is what was expected. We ordered and after ordering we noticed others for their food before us we decided to ask why. The waitress said oh I didnt put your order in sorry. At this point I noticed we had been seated for 45 mins. We finally got our food after an hour and ten minutes. I didnt get my meat with my meal and asked if I could get the rest of my order and she said you have to ask for it. I said I did I comes with pancakes eggs and a meat. The owner Lawrence walked past and reached over my shoulder and got sauce without saying a word as to whether or not it was being used. After asking whos the manager, he finally came by and asked was everything okay. We spoke to him he seemed very nonchalant and said he will take care of us and in the end only taking off one egg and bacon but we paid full price. I said I thought you would take care of us he said I did I took 10% off. I just wanted a good experience but I essentially wasted 2.5 hours of my vacation.

Worst service I have ever had! Even the other patrons around me were commenting how badly I was treated. The other patrons said I was being very patient and nice. The service staff said nothing in apologies. When I finally did get my food the order was wrong. I didnt ask for anything special either. The food was mediocre at best. The orange juice was fresh squeeze and was very good. The only redeeming factor. I couldnt even get the bill in a timely manner. I basically had to chase down anyone, service staff and the host, for the bill. Finally when I got up to leave, the host asked if I had gotten my bill. Of course, I said "no" and then and only then did I get a response. Still no apologies, not even a have a nice day. The whole experience was generally very bad.

Really cool place to have brunch on a beautiful Sunday morning! Parking was super easy since parking rules dont apply on Sundays and holidays. i ordered their brunch special, frittata sirena ($13) which comes with shrimp, scallops and blue crab, garlic, roasted red bell peppers and shallots topped with parm and salsa. its served with choice of fruit, hash or home fries (i chose fruit) and choice of bread (i chose multi grain). this place gets pretty packed so come early and enjoy a good meal with good service! also, they are dog friendly, so bring your furry friends with ya!

The service was quite disappointing. When receiving my food it was dry with no added condiments such as pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. The waiter was completely useless and rude, denying us ketchup and only allowing us to have mayonnaise. After we didnt receive much service and took a long time to refill our drinks The oil for the fries and tator tots tasted reused and discolored the fried food. Seems that the chefs didnt take much care into making sure the food was done properly. Its not that hard to mess up a burger and fries let alone breakfast.

Yelp checkin bonus on my visit - 50% off Mimosa at a breakfast place! How exciting. Breakfast was good. Steak & eggs, good steak, good grilled diced potatoes, very good cheese in the scrambled eggs (white cheddar). Mimosa was ok, not worth full price, but was worth the discounted price (maybe just sticker shock having just landed in CA). Uncle I was with loved their hollandaise sauce. I thought the outdoor booth seating was interesting. Overall, I would go back, and thats what YOU (the reader) need to know, right? Have a nice time

We went early, 7am on Monday - not busy at all. Good coffee. Ordered pumpkin pancakes with side of eggs and sausage and French toast. The pumpkin pancakes had an intense pumpkin spice flavor. They were also a little burnt on the top and undercooked on the inside - too hot a griddle I suppose. The sausage and eggs were cooked well. The French Toast was delicious! I loved the raspberry sauce. Note: French toast was also a little undercooked, but didnt bother me at all.

Waited 20 minutes, checked the list after seeing people arriving after us being seated, they assured us we were up next. Then more people arriving after us were being seated, so asked again and found we had been scratched off somehow between our 1st and 2nd inquiry.... hostess was rude, children were screaming and pounding on the table.. decided to leave almost immediately upon being seated (finally). Food looked good, but not worth the drama and crummy service.

$15 for Corned Beef Hash....received a pile of potatoes and a few slivers of corned beef. Sunny side up eggs were overcooked. Sevice by Diana was HORRIBLE. Never refilled my coffee or checked to see how everything was. Sat there 25 minutes waiting for my check. Counter Waitress noticed I was waiting and feched my check. I noticed my server, Diana, was sitting at the counter eating her breakfast as I was ignored. Would not recommend this place.

Charming decor, nice staff but disappointing food. Hash browns were soggy (!!!), the Crab Benedict over cooked (yolk was solid) with almost no discernible crab. This is surprising from a place the primarily serves breakfast food. I rarely write negative reviews but this breakfast was the worst Ive had in some time. Im sure they can improve and get it right. They could have quite a gem here once they make better food.

Quede fascinado con este lugar, un menu pequeño pero con lo mas esquizito que puedas desayunar. Altamente recomendado... Y un servicio de 5 Estrellas. No cabe duda que regresare mas a menudo.

The food is fine (although not amazing) but the service can be very strange. Last time I was there, I was served coffee with grounds and drips smeared all over the mug and the server didnt believe my friend when she said avocado didnt come in her omelette when it was supposed to. Go down 1 block to Pan Bon instead - youll spend a bit more but its worth every penny!
