Burnt my pizza, not once, not twice, but three times. First time, they were genuinely apologetic. They offered to remake it and gave me a free beer for my troubles. All was forgiven. Second time, kinda the same thing, although not as nice. They gave me a free drink again and remade my pizza. Third time, they tried playing it off by saying, "Thats how we make them." Really? None of the pizzas pictured on their website are burnt, and I got pizza from them an entire year without a burnt pizza before this started happening. And when I say "burnt," I mean a cheese pizza entirely covered with brown burnt pizza spots. Not one or two here or there. The entire pizza is a huge burnt pizza spot. They remade it, but only after I asked the manager, who seemed really annoyed that I wasnt buying their story. We dont go there anymore. We go to 2 Brother Deli on Viking Way in Poulsbo. They dont burn their pizza, theyre super nice, and theyre way cheaper. Oh, and the pizza is better.

The pizza is good, but the service and the to-go pizza is not so good. I have gotten pepperoni pizza multiple times from this Seabeck Pizza location, as a whole pizza and by the slice. It takes the same amount of time for a slice as it does for a whole pizza, about 30-50 minutes, which is way too long. I once ordered 4 slices of pepperoni pizza, while there was no other customers and no phone calls for to-go orders. It still took way too long and they only brought out two pieces, and I had to wait again for my other two pieces. The staff does not communicate with each other or the customers and they get a little rude if you ask too many questions. I loved the pizza, and I figured it would be faster to try the to-go, but it ended up tasting like a completely different, and grosser pizza. I will be trying other locations in the future.

Extremely slow service. Waited almost an hour for four slices of pizza on a Tuesday evening. The staff does not communicate well with the customers in the restaurant. The manager was more focused on putting up St. Pattys Day decorations than taking orders. I watched her intentionally make an elderly couple wait to place their order while she fidgeted with balloons and pinned four leaf clovers on the wall. The customer experience is not their priority. The pizza was mediocre and lukewarm when we finally received it. It had apparently been sitting on a counter in the back and just not brought to us. Definitely not worth the wait.

Good looking pizza, balanced marinara sauce, golden brown and crispy. Lacks the punch of a signature dish pizza. I recommend this as an alternative from more known pizza chains. cinnamon sticks were a bit on the under cooked side -- little rushed but still good. I got a meat lovers pizza deep dish paired with a Belgium pale. I love the golden crust and its not over toasted on the underside. weak on the cheese, enough toppings, and a well balanced marinara that counters the saltiness of the meat. Great Job!

Pizza was not very good. I ordered a pizza with no bell peppers. It came covered in them. They offered to remake the pizza, but there was a 30min wait for a new pizza. they basically told me to deal with it. I asked if maybe I could get a coupon or something towards my next visit since my order was wrong. Iwas told to wait for a new pizza or take the one I had. I will most likely not be eating here again, which is a true shame because they are so close to my house.

Would have given 5 stars but the guy who took my order was a total douchebag. Skinny little white guy with tattoos and a bandana who was apparently pissed off at life. God forbid a customer should ask a simple question to someone who works in CUSTOMER SERVICE...the world must be coming to an end!! I watched him repeat this behavior to other customers after me as well. Amazing stuff, good enough to be in a movie.. Thank goodness the pizza is bomb AF.

The food was great, I gave it three stars because the service was lacking from a guy wearing a bandana that helped us at the front counter. He was rude when we asked questions about the daily specials and when he dropped off our food. All of the employees were very kind and friendly though! I would like to see the other guys working the front counter because they seem to be much better with customers!

Worst service.... Waited over an hour for our pizza. Watched people walk in order and get there food before us. Asked the guy working there about our pizza to find out it was sitting in a box for 20mins. He tried to argue with us saying that the he was busy and forgot about it. Pizza was cold at that point and made a big deal about giving us a refund. Never again

The pizza taste like store brought pizza. The service is fast, good, and clean. Very small space and doesnt have that much sizes for pizza. I recommend the meat lovers pizza really good. The reason for 2 stars because the pizza slices were really small and I was not that surprised by the pizza.

We love their pizza - whether we dine in - or have it delivered! The restaurant is a very nice place - great location - always clean. When we have our pizza delivered - its always when we ask for it - nice and hot!! I highly recommend this nice Pizza restaurant!!

Good Pizza, great location, downside.... consistently slow or late if you call it in. When I walk in, it should be ready to go but that has never been the case. I have always had to wait some more. Just tell the customer a longer time so they are not waiting.

Tried Seabeck Pizza in Port Orchard for the first time tonight and loved it. Thought it was a little pricey at first but we couldnt even finish half of a large when we usually finish all of a Dominos pizza. The taste is phenomenal and staff was courteous.

Ate here last night, ordered the Greek pizza and waited very patiently for an hour for our pizza to arrive. Looked delicious, but tasted careful. It had a sour almost moldy taste, and the crust was charred. Left very unsatisfied, and paid WAY to much.

Seabeck Pizza varies a lot from location to location. This one is very good, but extremely slow. Ive waited nearly 40 minutes for two pizzas. Not delivery, just sat and waited. However, its a nice, roomy, comfortable place to wait.

We love their pizza, but Im giving them four stars because some of the staff is young and conversationally short on the phone. Ive been hung up on before, but the pizza is great so it doesnt make me want to go someplace else yet.

Awesome place! Clean, fun setting. Wonderful service. Amazing food. We ordered a side salad and gluten -free pizza. It was all freshly made and is the best GF pizza I have eaten in 10 years of GF eating!

These guys pizzas are simply delicious, really good. A little pricey, but if you want something above average this is it. I have had their food many times and have never been disappointed.
