This place is AWESOMESAUCE!! Especially for such a small and out-of-the-way town! Great food, great people. 1/2 price appetizers during happy hour (I think something like 2 or 3pm to 6, but should call to make sure). They have nice pool tables and a big screen TV in the back (great during football season). I think they offer free pool on mondays, but otherwise its by the hour. karaoke and open mic nights also. I go there frequently to get the 1/2 price nachos, I rarely drink.. but the bartenders are great!

This place is one of two places worth going in Shelton. I cant believe such an awesome Bar/Catina and eatery exist in such a dump of a town. The bar portion is aesthetically awesome and the service is phenomenal. The food is incredibly good and not your typical Mexican fare. They have a pretty wide selection of food and most of it is unique and not everyday Mexican. Trust me, the feel and look of the Cantina makes it a great spot to hangout and get some food and drinks for a very resonance price.

I bought a big thing of salsa for $5.00 well worth the price! but I couldnt even eat it!! it was so hot my mouth and my lips burned for hours so bad that i Google how to tame the salsa & it was UN tamable. Complete waste of money! I this is coming from someone who loves spicy food!!! I eat Siracha on EVERYTHING!! I dont understand why this salsa is so hot..yet the up town el serape salsa is perfect

I had a truly awful waiter who kind of soured me on this place. The decor is absolutely beautiful, and the $2 happy hour margaritas from the slushie machine are great. It was a fun place to meet with colleagues after work. But bad service is my kryptonite and I find myself avoiding going back.

Tex-mex, not Mexican. The staff are friendly and the place is very clean and the decor is nice. That appears to be what you are paying for, though. Overpriced, everything is inundated with Cilantro. The Carnitas are served on bones, the rice is mediocre. Not worth the money.

Excellent food as always. A little understaffed at time of my visit butt Lean was super nice and kept up by herself well. Great attitude. Place looks A little out of place when u go inside compared 2 the outside but a very warm and comfurting nice surprise when u enter.

Good service, consistent food. When youre in the mood for standard, Americanized-Mexican food, you will not be disappointed here. Prices are a bit high, but when youre craving Mexican food, youre craving Mexican food! :-) Good Guacamole!
