I am biased, Ill put that right out front. My family is from New Mexico, where the BEST Mexican and New Mexican food can be found. Everything from Chula Vista tasted like it came out of a can. The tortillas were dripping with grease and the sopaipillas looked like old tortilla chips (they should be fluffy and soft). There is no green chile to be found (except in the subpar rellenos) and what is this "white sauce" stuff? Yuck! This is not authentic Mexican food. I will have to have some shipped to me from NM.

This used to be our favorite place to go for Mexican food in town, but theyve really gone downhill in the last couple of years. The restaurant itself has a funky smell, like its moldy. Which is so sad because the owners are super sweet, and the food used to be fab! Now it takes forever to get your food, even if your the only people in the establishment. Last time, and I mean our last time going there ever, we waited almost 45 minutes for our food

This is my favorite place for mexican food. The food is fresh and delicious, The servers and other staff are friendly and I have enjoyed experience everytime I have been there. We even had a family get together and they did an excellent job with a group of 15. The price of their dishes is affordable and I love that they only used vegetable oil in their cooking.

Excited when I read the existing reviews. Overall the food was hot and just ok. The salsa was the highlight of the meal. It had great flavor and was a bit spicy. Thats where the flavor ended. The flour tortillas were a bit floury. The carne asada was tender, but lacked any flavor. The guacamole also lacked flavor. Friendly staff and good service.

Bentleys Grill provides delicious food, warm atmosphere, efficient servers, and easy parking in downtown Salem. Try the Northwest seafood chowder, extremely delicious, perfect for lunch. Bentleys is perfect for a date or dinner for the family. My family has been their numerous times.

I had the lunch chicken burrito, which was more like a very thin enchilada, with some strange sauce. Girlfriend had the relleno which was a mushy pile and tasted of old fryer. Overpriced at 8$ per meal.
