Waitress was unable to grasp the most basic of requests, which was "I want gnocchi with X sauce instead of the usual Y sauce". I didnt get what I ordered, but instead got a Frankenstein dish of both sauces, which did not combine pleasantly. The cook must also have thought this was a good idea, because he apparently didnt question it and was complicit in producing the abomination. I lacked the will to complain, because the original order took me several minutes to describe what I wanted in as many ways as I could think of, all the while sensing deep down that she hadnt "got it", but feeling my energy draining and eventually just hoping for the best. I knew it would take that long again for her just to understand the problem, and goodness knows how long to understand what I wanted. Besides that, there was a quality issue: Im convinced the gnocchi was bought in the supermarket opposite. And not the fresh stuff either, the small hard made-months-ago non refridgerated type. I doubt Ill go back, unless there is literally nothing else available.

That was by far the saddest excuse for chicken Parmesan pasta I have every seen in my entire life! I would never have imagined I would get two previously frozen still cold chicken patties smothered in cheese on top a kids sized portion of spaghetti. I was also surprised to see a kids size side salad with it. 7 pieces of lettuce with 9 olive slices 1 tomato wedge and two brownish cucumber halves,it was in one of those small clam shell containers however it didnt even reach half way to the center. You have lots of things on your menu but theyre all under par!

My girlfriend and I ordered delivery from them for a Friday night dinner. We got a large "The Mafia" pizza on traditional crust and a side Caesar salad. I was very impressed with how the pizza was done and even more impressed with how good it tasted when reheated. My girlfriend said the Caesar salad was very lemon-y: "the way a Caesar is supposed to be done." We will certainly be ordering again and recommending to others for future orders.

I cant say enough good things about this place! The portions are HUGE, you definitely get what you pay for. The Chicken Parmesan can feed me for about 2 days. And I can split a full sized salad with another adult, we can eat until were stuffed and still have leftovers. The Chicken Parmesan is my favorite but the Salmon Salad is also amazing. Ive never had a bad dish from Sopranos.

Very nice local eatery with choices for everyone! Kid friendly but excellent vegetarian choices as well. Great place to drop in for lunch or after a busy day at work. Excellent build your own pizza options, choice in crusts and pasta. Very nice staff. Casual environment with beer and wine choices and excellent dessert. You can even take out on your way home from work!

Good and bad: the eggplant Parmesan was super amazing, best Ive ever had and good price. The chicken Parmesan sandwich was OK, and the tiramisu was OK, and the side salad was OK. The spaghetti and meatballs was terrible (a huge mound of spaghetti with regular marinara, and a few tiny tasteless meatballs). They forgot to bring my minestrone soup side!

I cant say enough good things about Sopranos! The portions are huge, you definitely get what you pay for. The pizza has an amazing crunchy crust, LAYERS of cheese, and the toppings you choose are stuffed between the layers (perfection). The cheesy bread is also pretty delicious! Best in the city...probably the best Ive had anywhere actually.

Place has an excellent staff topped with some of the most amazing Italian comfort food you can find throughout Seattle. The chicken parm is epic! No Mario and Luigi arent back there serving day of farm raised chicken BUT its tasted absolutely delightful each time weve ordered it. Thank you for serving Ballard! Cheers.

Three of us went. Had the Beef Ravioli, the low-carb Atkins Addict, Cheese Tortellini and for dessert Tiramisu! Saw many enticing items on the menu for another time, like Cannelloni and a Capone Calzone. The staff was friendly and gave prompt service. Pleasant area to enjoy your meal, or you can take home.

I would have walked 25 mins in the snow to check out this place Ive heard mixed reviews about.. BUT I called the ask if they were open and the woman who answered the phone was so rude.. I decided to find another establishment to spend my money at.. RUDE RUDE RUDE!

I love this place. Sometimes I order delivery or I go to the restaurant. Last time I went I had the baked ravioli and the portion size was huge! It was bigger than my face. I recommend sharing it. The waitresses are super nice! I will keep going back for more!

Great specialty pizzas, very fast delivery, and they are reasonably priced, too. To the complaints of rudeness, I have not experienced this, but if you have, theyre probably just trying to move things along, which I appreciate in a restaurant.

Hands down my favorite gourmet pizza place! I came here on a Monday with a group of 6 and there was no wait. Its such a quaint neighborhood spot. The staff is polite and our order was right on time!
