Yummy food, they refill the ban chan very fast. Food takes a bit of time, but thats because its busy. We waited quite a while before someone took our order, and they had taken a table that sat after us, first. Which pissed my friends off, because we told them we were ready and they still went to the other table. Then they bring my friend the wrong bbq platter and in true Asian service, didnt care after we told them, which by then, the sizzling plate was cold and my friend were too hungry to wait for another. But we wanted to notify them that they had messed up the order anyway. Very busy atmosphere, probably one of the better Korean places in DC, but I live down the street from Han Il Kwan, I would rather go there than here any day. But my friends wanted Korean on a Sunday and wanted to make it back to watch The Walking Dead in time, which we cut close to, because they took a while bring us the check too. 2 star for food quality only, service blegh.

Midori Pinillos

Food is delicious and service is very good. They give you a ton of side dishes/appetizers to start with and they are all great. I usually order the tofu soup and bbq meat combo. Its a great deal and more than enough for 2 people. Servers are always refilling your tea or water and they are usually ok with you ordering extra free appetizers. Love this place. Tip: dont go on your favorite clothes as the smells of the piping hot bbq meats can stay on your clothes for the day.

I love the food here. Absolutely love the food here. Especially as someone who likes spicy food, this place is great. The only thing is that the service is slow. Not bad mind you, just slow. The people are really nice and helpful. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because its a little pricey. I would suggest definitely go for the Soondubu. My fav is the pork wonton one. But you cant go wrong.

Kind of an inconsistent place. Someday it is absolutely great, and on other days it is just so-so. It has a very friendly atmosphere, but the owner seems a bit cold. I really enjoy the tofu soup, which you can order in any level of spiciness. They really give you mild if you ask for mild, and spicy if you ask for spicy.

Limited baan chan options. For dinner, get the combo tofu soup with meat(per the waitress it comes with the lunch size . Its like adding the tofu soup for a marginal price. The portions sizes arent significantly different unless you get the kalbi. (6 pieces for lunch portion and 12 pieces for dinner.)

Another go-to Korean place in Daly City, yay! Ban chan was good. Tofu soup was good. Kalbi was good! Didnt even have to ask red bean rice. Definitely coming back for my Korean food fix!

Good service compared to similar restaurants in the area. Great food and endless hot tea. Try the beef and the spicy chicken as well. Not a huge fan of any of their soups as of yet.

Really, you think this place is any good?? Obviously you have never tried a decent Korean food. Kimchi is probably from China and other side dishes looks hella old.
