Never have I felt so ripped off as I did after ordering to go here. First, she shortchanged me $2, next even after specifically asking them if the sauce was in the bag and them confirming that it was, when I got home, no sauce! The baked potatoes seemed rotten, either that or they sat around in a warmer all day long. The inside of them was brown and disgusting! The baked beans tasted like Satans A55H0LE and were just as spicy! The brisket was dry and tough, made even worse by the lack of sauce. The only redeeming quality was the potato salad which in and of itself is so rich I could only stomach four bites before having to put it away. All for the ridiculous price of $32, wait scratch that $35 (seeing as she stole $2 from me) + $1.50 in the tip jar. In summary if you love BBQ, hell maybe even have a passing fancy for it, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! You will get better value and better taste eating from your nearest neighborhood sewer pipe.

The moment we walked in they loaded our whole party up with samples!!! The menu is easy to follow, the sauce starts out with spice, as do all traditional BBQ sauces, so start small go big. Their spicy pickles are a good add on. The Coleslaw is one of the best Ive ever had(fresh local ingredients, ones you can pick up with your spork and not spill because they are sliced too small and the sauce isnt overbearing with cream based, more vinager!!) baked potatoes (russet or sweet) can be made into BBQ bowls!!! If you like the chopped fatty flavor goodness of smoked meat but dont like BBQ sauce omit it or ask for the sauce on the side. Their ribs are only 2$ a bone and super moist!!!!! We only spent 30$ on 4 people if youve ever been to other BBQ joints you know it aint cheap, but this is the newest BBQ establishment to take over the Seattle area!! Nice job guys well be back fo show!!!

This is the second time Ive tried this place - mostly because Taco Time had a long line and I was in a hurry. The service was good and the food was okay but nothing that was worthy of making me a regular customer. I was given a sample of "our fabulous potato salad." Sorry, not so fabulous. Dry and just not very good. They should call my Mom for a better recipe. Cole Slaw was also something that can be missed. Its more like a weird salad than slaw. Finally, they didnt include the chips I ordered. Not a big deal but I did pay for them. Biggest knock for me is price versus value. Its just too expensive for what you get. I may go back but I wont be regular.

Cool location... the people at the drive through each time have been really nice... the BBQ is good, but not "lets drive 10 miles to get some" good. My less than 5 star rating is probably more related to the value/price part of the menu. A bbq sandwich on a burger bun is almost 10 bucks. No side... no drink.. Add a small $3 side and $2 drink and Im not sure that sandwich combo is worth 15 bucks. To me.. maybe 10 bucks max. If the sandwich was huge for 10 bucks (vs. its current size) or there was a combo for $9.99 then it would be hard for me not to give this place 5 stars.

The reviews seemed really hot or really cold, but Id say it was a little over medium. The beef brisket sandwiches were loaded with hunks of falling apart brisket, and we got the medium spiced sauce and found it pretty spot on. The coleslaw was a lighter based recipe with fresh ingredients and the potato salad was good, with bacon and what tasted like a bit of hard cheese. Ill definitely go again and recommend it for take out too.

Ive heard great things about this place, so I had to try it out. The restaurant is modern looking and clean. The staff is great. However, although the food is ok, I cant say Id go out of my way to dine here. Sauces taste very tomato-pasty. Meats are a little dry and not overly flavorful. Fortunately, theres free parking in an adjoining lot, as a bonus. Maybe try it out for lunch and form your own opinion.

Friendly staff, delicious food!! We were traveling with a total of 7 people, and thought the place is small (looks like it was made out of a freight car), there was plenty of seating for us and still plenty of seating for other customers. Food was delicious. I tried their "Cowboy Caviar" and my daughter got the "best potato salad ever". Both very tasty side dishes. Thank you Pecos Pit!!

Positives: Friendly service. Dog friendly patio. Moonshine lemonade. Ordered three sliders of each meat: pork, chicken, beef. Mild sauce. Chicken was dry, couldnt finish. Beef and pork were ok, seemed tough and not as tender as I had hoped. Will be back to try other items. Potato salad really good. Lots of flavor but a bit too rich for my tummy.

not even close... Ive been here 4 times now, varying times and days. Each time epically dissapointed with always being out of menu items. Their food is great if you can actually get what you came for. With the originals short hours, Ive been looking forward to Pecos dinner. Nope. Failure each time and the new slaw is terrible.

Didnt like the food at all! The hot links were mushy and incredibly spicy - the bbq sauce is probably the worst thing I have even attempted to eat and live to tell about it. Good news is, they SMOTHER your entire sandwich in it. AND they forgot to give me my drink I ordered at the drive through! Will not come back again.

Food was good and the sandwiches are filling. The house beer was also surprisingly good. Its on the pricey side for not being a sit down restaurant (two sandwiches, a side of potato salad and two beers was a little over thirty bucks). Wish this place offered platters to try ask the different meats.

I got the two meat platter with cowboy caviar, potato salad, brisket, and pork. It was excellent though I needed to add some bbq sauce to the pork at home. The potato salad has bacon in it and is very good but rich. The platter also comes with a roll and sweet and spicy pickles. Try it!

Good service good food and good value. I had the classic sandwich with beef and medium heat sauce and it was awesomely delicious and totally filling. Huge wash-up tub is conveniently located for cleaning up the aftermath. Parking is in the fenced lot next to the drive through.

Lack luster BBQ. This is one step above McRib. Im not kidding rework your sauce and rework the meat. Its not being cooked/smoked like real bbq. Import hardwood if you need to but this isnt really BBQ its fast food masquerading as BBQ. 2 stars nice location and friendly staff.

Staff are very personable, they really know their BBQ! The menu is great, you can also buy just a big ol chunk of perfectly cooked meat to take home. Even vegetarian options. It has a drive-thru, but make sure you check it out inside as well. I hope they open one in Canada!
