I bet everyone who gave good comment was paid to do it. I had the opportunity to visit this place on the weekend and i found it appalling. The food was nasty, it looked worse then dog food and tasted like crap. The service sucked, the atmosphere sucked. Staff there are so unorganized and it showed .It was noisy and smelt bad. I took my family here and was embarrassed and disgusted let alone wasted the fuel driving 2 hrs because the paid geeks who like this place suggest i should try it. I strongly recommend to NOT eat at this establishment. The head manager should be fired how he kept yelling at my wife to not order from a menu and rather get the garbage food being served from carts. I think the FDA should go in and cite the place and close it down. This place may have been good to eat at in the past, but now its not. the only thing that did taste good was the clean glass of water; by then i was too sick and disgusted and only sipped the water before walking out.

We have eaten here for 17 years and love the owner Emily, her husband, sisters and the entire dedicated staff. We have brought groups of 10-30 friends for dinner and celebrations and have never been disappointed . We have only found one equal between Seattle and San Francisco and we have tried quite a few. If we have ever noticed any difference in the food it has only occurred when the main chef has traveled out of country and his assistant fills in. If you arent a regular , youd be hard pressed to tell any difference. The cost for Dim sum and menu items have always been reasonable. When you visit, tell Emily , Dennis and Kim sent you and be a part of their family. Ask owner , Jinda how fishing is, you may be there for awhile.:)

Waited over 35 minutes for a table, then they sat my friends and I at the farthest corner table. It took another 30 minutes for a dimsum cart to come by and we no longer had the time to eat comfortably due to lack of time before work so we had to eat super fast. We had to ask to order food like at a normal restaurant instead of waiting for a dimsum cart, but we were not allowed any items from a dimsum cart unless it came from a dimsum cart including congee. However the table next to us got a bowl of congee from their server, not from a dimsum cart. Our server was also rude, and gave us dirty plates and wet napkins. The worst dimsum service Ive ever had here. Its so sad because I used to actually like this place.

Maybe one of the reasons this place is so popular is its shear size. Its 3-4 times the size of your average place in the ID with a lot of tables for groups of all sizes. It was Saturday morning when we came here so the place was pretty busy, but for its size, the selection of dim sum was pretty disappointing. You had the must haves like shumai, meatballs, and dumplings, but there was only about 15 items overall to choose from. Overall, the taste was just alright. Nothing that great to be honest. I can name 4 places in Seattle that I much prefer.

This is in my neighborhood so its a regular stop, especially for dim sum. The curried beef tendon is amazing, and the chicken feet are fantastic. All the regular stuff youd expect, and done well. Always had plenty of Chinese and Viet customers, but its getting really popular with Filipinos whove been at Island Pacific in the same shopping center. Its huge, so even on weekends at lunchtime it doesnt take long to get a seat.

Probably the best dim sum in the Rainier Valley area. Even when they are packed youll usually get a table quickly. The dishes are always fresh, the staff is friendly and often attempt to get you to be adventurous and try new things which can be fun. Even if you end up not liking something it wont be a hit to your wallet. Weve easily fed 4 people and still paid less than $50.

Great DimSum and dinner and the staff there are very helpful! Emily and her sisters are awesome and yes sometimes the taste might be off a little, but as stated the head chef might not be in. Lots of different dishes from traditional chinese to modern. My go to place for DimSum and chinese.

My go-to place for Chinese food in Seattle. A great selection, with very authentic decor and food. The staff is all very hospitable, and accommodating. If you like tradition American Chinese food, and you arent a huge jerkface (like Jason Aabstone), you will like this restaurant!

Food is nothing exceptional. The prices are not low either, which is surprising. The dishes are not large either. The parking lot is quite narrow as well. Honestly, I would just drive to the International District for better Chinese food.

Plenty of space inside, easy parking! Waiters and waitresses speak English and other languages! Food is pretty good, service is great too! Ambience is better than most Chinese restaurants. Inside looks relatively clean too!

Not a recommended time to come during 10:30-12 am . Lots of people and less staff and food is slow coming around. Workers always rushing. Not enough food choices and always doesnt have enough in one serving.

Best Dim Sum in Seattle. The service is top notch and there is plenty of seating. This place is busy, but you wont have to wait long because there are a ton of tables. The food is really, really good.

Food is decent prices are decent. Service extremely rude. If u dont know ur dim sum dont go here. They barely explain it to u and the variety is very limited during the week.

The staff were attentive but the food was just plain average...Nothing extraordinary. The price was on the affordable side & theres a stage for big-event functions.

One of the better dim sum spots in Seattle. They could do with a little more variety. Parking lot is very crowded on the weekends

Decent food and the large parking lot is a plus. Was there for dinner and portions are small than they were when they opened.
