The one in Lake Stevens is _much_ better. My son ordered a double buffalo patty Bob burger but didnt get the 2nd patty. Rather than ask if I wanted a refund or take the single they brought out back to keep warm and fix, after some fairly rigorous verification by 2 separate employees, they just cooked up a 2nd patty and brought it out on a plate. He was hungry and didnt want to wait to eat a cold burger so he just ate the single and plain patty when that finally arrived. I ordered a chilli burger and explicitly asked that it not be stacked but side-by-side w/chilli over both patties. Further chopped onion, pickle, and cheese on top. What I received was two patties stacked w/chilli, slice of onion, 5 pickle chips, and a pinch of shredded cheddar. When spending $50 for burgers for 3 people, I expect a level of thought/concern/quality surpassing a $20 order for 3 from McDonalds or Burger King. Unfortunately, we would have likely had a better experience at even those lowest bar establishments. I wont be returning to this Mill Creek location.

Honestly? Dont bother with this location. Go to the Lynnwood location. I have been to this place several times with friends and family and the past three visits in particular have cemented this opinion for me. While the decor is (mostly) clean, thats the best thing I can say about it. The only friendly staff I have encountered lately is whoever is working the bar. Otherwise you get a vapid stare most of the time. The food is horrific. After getting the wrong burgers, then the wrong toppings, additions/subtractions ignored, and what amounted to cheese flavored water with uncooked noodles and mushy goldfish crackers for the kiddo, I have been impressed with their ability to make groups of people lose their appetite. This is all of course completely the opposite of the wonderful food, staff and experiences we have had at the Lynnwood location. Do yourself a favor. Pretend the Mill Creek location just doesnt exist.

Its a great burger fry joint. Not too sure that the sweet potato fries are worth the extra money as they are usually overcooked and still greasy somehow. The sauce is best on the side as their homemade Bobs sauce is a little like thousand island dressing in my opinion. Overall I think the food is fairly decent and A Step Above Red Robin. But it is often very busy and seating is limited. I also Im not a big fan of the pay First Once a table is available, then sit to get your food. It makes up odd purchase experience I think. The only plus is if youre with a group of people you dont have to do it can I split the check. Because everybody pays up front before they even get their food. Overall every now and then when youre looking for a burger this is a decent joint.

The Blazing Onion puts a very unique twist on American food. Walking into the restaurant you are greeted with a very large board hanging above the cashier showing all of menu options. From burgers, to fries, to onion rings, to fish, to soups and salads, just about everything will serve up untraditional spin on the classics we know and love. With so much good food you will find it hard to narrow it down. Once you snag a seat you will find a card and a stand at your table which is used to indicate if you need service or not. The beer selection is pretty decent, not huge, but you can rest assured they will have at least one of your favorites. The good food, big portions, and reasonable prices will keep you coming back.

I would give it zero stars if it were an option. I havent tried eating @ blazing onion for about 3 years since I was served a salad with ROTTEN LETTUCE that the manager refused to do anything about, besides take it away from my table. Until today, my husband ordered from ubereats, because it took an hour for delivery, I cannot be upset that the food was cold and the fries seemed like they were cooked 3 days ago, but I can be upset that the salad we ordered had undercooked chicken in it. Absolutely unacceptable. I did not eat any of the food, how could I possibly want to eat any food from a place that serves rotten lettuce and undercooked chicken? Disgusting.

Blazing Onion has always had great food, but during my last visit I felt the service was a major issue. During a routine dinner with my friends, I couldnt help but notice how the waitress warmly greeted and conversed with my caucasian friends, while acting as if I wasnt there. The part that really irked me was that as a waitress, your job is to provide quality service, as well as to ensure customer satisfaction, but I could not help but feel as though the staff at Blazing Onion was racist at this particular location. I hope management will sort this out, otherwise I wont be returning anytime soon.

well I like blazing onion and I have been eating there as well as different locations. No issues but last Monday we went for dinner as it was my older sons birthday. Everything was good until they completely messed up my wifes burger. the server came apologize but it seems like they all were just busy doing something else. they helped at the end but my experience was not very good which I generally had with this place. After I asked they did gave a free sunday icecream to my son so thanks for that. But somehow my overall experience was not very pleasant.

This place has really grown on me. I dont love burgers that much but their dedication to unique sauces, great customer service and burgers like the Bavarian Pub Burger have completely won me over. Great place for a meal and the location is very convenient for those not wanting to venture into the Alderwood Mall vortex for a casual dinner. Seriously, ask about their sauces and try them all. Theres some total winners in there and the salads and chicken sandwiches are great as well.

Three out of four of our meals were incorrect and then it took 15 minutes to get the corrected meals. I was done eating before my wife got her meal and there were only a few customers in the restaurant. I also had to ask two or three times to get ranch dressing and then ask twice to get more fries. It was a very frustrating experience and this is not the first time weve had issues here. Well go to the one in Snohomish from now on.

Great food, great service. It can take a while to make the food, but I figure that means they are making it fresh! My only complaint would be that the parking lot is often full - or only the super tiny compact spots are left. And the inside of the restaurant should be bigger - more tables and more space for waiting for to-go orders. But being full is usually a good sign at a restaurant. :-)

I had such a great experience at this location. We sat in the bar and Jill (I think shes a manager?) helped us and shes so great. She was personable and recommended appetizers that she says are popular and such ones she likes best. She was so friendly we just wanted to stay and hang out but we had a movie to catch. Its rare to get such great service these days.
