We were getting our favorite dipped cones. Mine arrived first. As we waited for a chocolate dipped chocolate cone, the drive thru attendant came up with a vanilla cone partially dipped and his reason was they were running low on dipping sauce. The attendants reaction was not subtle. Than we proceeded to wait longer until another associate approached us with a very messy looking chocolate dipped chocolate cone and said that thats the best he could do. The sauce was dripping off onto his hands. He tried to cover it up with more napkins after the fact that it was obvious that his hands had been all over the cone. And from the way that cone looked like and his numerous attempts at making ice cream cones he seemed like a newer employee. When my girlfriend requested a refund, the attendant approached his supervisor and his reaction was moderately aggressive. His had a very loud sigh as he approached us to receive our credit to start the refund process. A few minutes later, we were not greeted nor did we receive any apologies or compensations for this terrible experience.

WISH I COULD GIVE THIS A NEGATIVE STARS.... BUT UNFORTUNATELY TO EVEN GET MY REVIEW TO POST YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE SOMETHING After visiting today I am not sure I will ever go back. We went thru the drive thru and 3 separate orders (office lunchtime). We ordered 3 different blizzards, the gentleman handed one of the blizzards thru the window and tried to turn it upside down and it literally almost flew out of the cup. So what does he do.. he puts a lid on all 3 and hands them to my coworker. Upon arriving to work less than 3 minutes away, the blizzards are not even the consistency of a milk shake.. it is more like just a liquid mess. I have spent the last 1.5 hrs attempting to reach the location and the phone has been busy the whole time. I have put in a complaint with corporate at this time and will see if we get a response that way.

Food has gone downhill just in the last 5yrs. I usually get a 4pc chicken basket and the portions were always large and obviously real chicken. Now portion size is noticeably smaller and I find gristle where before there was none. Ive had to order 6pc basket just to get what the 4pc used to have. Blizzards are sloppily made and not served upside-down anymore, which was the whole point and the fun for kids. (It didnt fall out!) *Tip: use the drive thru. You may think it takes forever but inside is worse even when theres no customers! So I give my neighborhood DQ a "meh" rating. I still go there, after all!

I dont normally do reviews, but the last two times Ive taken my family to this location for blizzards, they have made all of us plain vanilla soft serve with the requested flavor added as if it were just a toppings on top of the blizzard. Everyone had large blizzards and atleast 3/4 of it was ONLY vanilla soft serve- a couple blizzards may have up to half with flavoring with the other half being plain vanilla with no flavoring. Horribly disappointed.

As much as this facility may claim to be "non-smoking", this is not true. It has been discovered that there is smoking taken place in the back room near where the food is made. The smell travels into the dining area, and customers can smell it. While the service is acceptable (when you can understand what the managers are saying...) I do not think smoking in the back is sanitary, and will not dine there any longer.

I ordered #1 cheeseburger and to large blizzards through the drive-thru and only received one cheeseburger had to turn all the way back around go back to the store and pick up my two large blizzards!!! And the second one was only filled an inch from the top so I told him to fill it up !!! Ambaum and 144th is the worst Dairy Queen Ive ever been to!!!

"Royal" Reeses brownie was good. Liked the extra peanut butter. Small size is more than enough. Full Blizzard list was not posted and couldnt get either of two employees to read the full list from their computer. It seemed like they were concerned that I wouldnt be able to choose if they read the whole list. Strange.

Newly remodeled restaurant looks great! The owners and staff are very nice! Our group has been meeting here once a month for years now and we enjoy the ability to get a whole meal, just dessert, bring the kids or leave them home. Totally flexible. Love the fact that they have chocolate soft serve ice cream!

Friendly staff. Generous with toppings (too generous. My daughters cotton candy blizzard had so many crunchy sprinkles it was too sweet for her to enjoy. And thats almost impossible to achieve!!!) and food prepared better than the other local DQ Ive been to, in Renton.

Good ice cream, but I tried their pretzels with zety queso. The pretzels were soft and fresh, however the cheese is spicy not really a very spciy. They should offer nonspicy flavors of cheese and this would be the best pretzels from a fast food restaurant I have ever had!

Would be very nice to update ur freaking times online. Online its says they close at 11:00 Pm A pregnant women here wanting ice cream. Came to the store the door said 10:30 closed. Thats messed up when u have to travel far to get to a dairy queen!!!!

Called to ask the hours and was given an answer with attitude.Once there it must have been the same girl because she was VERY rude. Sundaes were skimpy and poorly made, but that was minor compared to the RUDE attitude.

The guy who was working the two times I went was so nice. My side salad and fries were a treat at an end of a long day. Dairy Queen has a small selection of vegan items if you are vegan.
