First of all when I called and ask for the rice of a medium just pepperoni pizza I was told it was 10 dollars so I opted for delivery and was told my total was 16.51. I was taken a back I asked why so much when my pizza was only 10.00. I was told their delivery fee was 3.79 and the rest was tax. It took them exactly a half hour to deliver my pizza and when I signed the receipt the delivery driver took it upon himself to let me know the tip was not included in the delivery fee in fact the drivers never see any of it he said. I gave him a 3.49 tip so my supposed 10.00 pizza end up costing me 20.00 when it was all said and done. Oh and by the way my pizza was actually 11.25 per my receipt not the 10.00 I was told on the phone and it wasnt even very good. I will not be ordering from pizza hut ever again, papa Murphys or dominos here I come.

Although the staff and drivers are friendly, in the near year & a half since we began ordering from this location, the pizza is consistently undercooked resulting in it being delivered cold and us finishing cooking in our own oven everytime. Even when picking it up its cold by the time I get it home. The pizza is floppy & doughy and the cheese always looks as though it was left in the oven just long enough to get past the melting point. Im highly suspect of this location deliberately undercooking the pizza to get it out faster. When Ive ordered it for pick up, Im always told itll be ready in 15 minutes and it is. Waiting for me. Im sorry but 15 minutes is not long enough to cook a pizza, much less have it ready in the warmer for the customer. Corporate and County Health Dept should probably be notified before someone gets sick.

I was very excited to try the new Crazzy cheesy crust pizza.. The person who attended me didnt quite understand what I wanted and ended gettin a hand made pizza for delivery....Yeah! Fine I would of taken tht but when I looked at the time it was almost an hour... I called to make a complaint employee was very rude and gave a $10 credit and then found out tht the person who took my order was the Mngr.... I was like wow... very dissapointed more thn anything bcuz my pizza came an hour late... pizza was not very good looking, was very warm and to top it all of it was the wrong pizza... The only reason I will be a retuning customer is to get my credit and after tht Im sticking back to Dominos Pizza... I will not recommend this location to anyone...

we were just out and about and thought it would be nice to get pizza hut, we havent had it in so long, we were in lynnwood around noon time , so we stopped in, they werent very busy at first but shortly after we arrived the lunch crowd was coming it, we had a very nice lady serve us who seemed to be short handed and was still so sweet and very quick to get our order to us, we got the cheese stick appetizer and a couple of beers, then we got our crazy crust pizza, it was very good , although the crust you peel off with the cheese in it could have been softer( less cooked) it was an enjoyable quiet pleasant lunch and we left happy and full ! we will return here for sure next time were in lynnwood, wa.

Heres why I will not give this store a dime. I drove all the way over there to order carry out. Pulled into the strip mall and put my turn signal on to take a left into the parking spot in front of their doors. Their delivery driver approached the opposite direction and CUT ME OFF to take that spot. There were several spots he could have parked in a few spaces over. I had to drive past and park there. As I got out do did the driver and he smirked at me. Since him parking in front and almost taking off my front end was more important than a customer, Ill go elsewhere. It was a red station wagon.

have been going to this place for years , every time come here just get worst and worst , last time i was here i wait for more than 1 hour for some wings ,and i ordered 30 mins before i went to this store . The cashier cant calculate the money and dont know how to operated the computer then he got to call the owner or manager(must be a dickhead ,too) and ask how to take credit card from customer before me .This store must run by a 3 years old kid or a retarded adult person to get to this point .

I called to have a pizza delivered and was told I live too far away for them to deliver. I only live 3 blocks away. I was given the phone number to the Bothell location which is approx. 3 times farther away only to be told I lived outside of their delivery zone. The person I spoke to said this is a regular occurrence since none of the Lynnwood people want to make a delivery. Needless to say, I called Dominos. I wouldnt even give them one star but this site is giving them five stars.

I waited 2 hours for our delivery order. I called to check in it and sat on hold from 15 minutes then the guy put me back on hold. I was on hold for 1/2 hour. I finally got in my car and went up there. The guy acted like this was no big deal and voided our order which tells me they hadnt even started it. Never again will I order or recommend this place. I am sooooo flipping mad, I have been remodelling all day and now I have to cook.

I know its a chain and i know what to expect from Pizza hut, mediocre fair at cheap prices. The problem is this wasnt even close to mediocre, the guy answering the phone asked me to repeat every thing I said, the driver was 45 minutes late to deliver, my food was ill prepared and by the time it got to me was ice cold. Ive gotten pizza deliverd from many pizza huts all over the country and this was by far the worst.

3 Out of 4 personal pizzas were way wrong..... After giving them the room# 3 times., they still had the room number wrong. And the delivery person just looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language when I said that 3 Out of 4 were wrong. The person who took the order didnt seem to be very interested in getting it right, & I had to repeat myself numerous times, only to have the order mostly wrong anyway.

This is the consistently best pizza hut period. The cooks really care about the pizza the serve. They clearly measure the cheese instead of using visual to make a pizza. Theres not much customer service interaction as to be expected as we pulled away from sitting down with our family and friends to enjoy a slice or two. So great job to this location in providing what we pay for, consistently.

2 hour delivery time... Tried to call and cancel and had someone answer phone and hang up twice and then stay on hold for 40 minutes. Drove down there to cancel order and manager was unbelievably rude. (The male with the large earrings) He also continued to let the phone ring over and over while we stood in there waiting to speak with someone. Worst customer service ever.
