While i want to call Bar Charlie a neighborhood bar, i dont think that is fair because it is so much kore than that. High ceilings, community tables and a some cozy booths along the wall make this a great place to come alone, to meet friends or on a date. The staff is super friendly, and the cocktail menu should have something for everyone. Note that the kitchen isnt very big so food options are limited. You can still find some small bites on the menu but just dont expect this to be a dinner destination.

First, the good: the atmosphere is cool and the space is really well designed. The bad:We had a poor experience here. Staff was slow to help and didnt seem to be interested in us. We were there for cocktails and for the price we found them to be sub par. If youre looking to grab a cocktail keep going south on Stone. The Whale Wins has much better cocktails for the same price.

Quaint little place with local beers. The space gets loud but conversation is still possible. Had the mac & cheese, which was small and not notable. Will come back to try other dishes, all the same. Menu is meat heavy but there are a handful of veg options. Dishes with chips feature Cape Cod potato chips, which is a rare treat on this coast!

Great cocktails, but the service is incredibly slow. We thought we were going to get a deep dish breakfast pizza, but it was only one slice. We waited 17 minutes to get a bloody mary and a glass of OJ. The staff is nice, but not worth going back to for the price and for what we got.

I love the seaplane theme of this bar. The drinks are fun and their beers are pretty good. The food is great, but comes in small portions. They seemed really understaffed when I went, though. Ill chalk it up to still being relatively new, though.

Really good food and atmosphere, but sadly they were really understaffed. One person for the whole place. Had to ask five times for a glass of water :-/. Hopefully they were just oddly understaffed tonight!

Heard about this place from some friends. The food was really good. Great cocktails. Local beers and liquor. Staff was on point and took care of me. Ambience is really nice with a seaplane theme.
