Its hard to return to the place when you know there is so much wrong but the dollar tacos and 3dollar corona on tuesdays are so worth it. There is never a manager there and it shows. First time i went with my spouse we sat at a table for more than 10 minutes before i went and asked the bartender if there was someone on the floor. We went around dinner time maybe 6ish. She said she was the only one in the whole place and was busy so i ordered with her and sat down. Next time we went we knew to sit at the bar if we wanted service. Sure enough, some guy came up to the bar and was complaining that he hadnt gotten service at the table. She said the same thing that it was just her. Theres a reason why no one comes back is because they arent getting served. There needs to be a manager to see what harm they are doing by only having a bartender serve the whole restuarant.

Good food, crappy service. I love the food there, but the waitresses are absent at the tables. You have to go to the bar if you want to order which gets annoying. Also, they stop serving food at weird hours depending on the day you go it seems. They only serve fried foods after a certain time, usually around 11pm, but stop serving all food around 12. I went there on several occasions at night just for the food, but was disappointed to find that they werent serving food. I thought bars had to have some kind of food as long as they serve alcohol, but apparently not. I wish you guys would serve food all night because you have great food and I think it would be profittable.

I have been here twice. Unfortunately, each time I have had the same bartender/waitress. She is short, blonde, and has tattoos. And every time my friends or I paid, she always asked if we wanted our change back. I find this practice to be tacky and rude. How about not being lazy and just give me my dollar or ten dollars back and I will choose how much I want to give you as a tip. Other than this, the food is okay and pretty reasonably priced. Dont be surprised if you encounter this girl and she asks you if you want your change back.

I went to to this bar because I like pool. I was ready to have a good time with drinks, food,pool. I order drinks, and found a fingernail in my drink. The waitress swear it wasnt hers..but at this point I dont really care whos nail it was! We had only ordered drinks, and the waitress said that we still have to pay for our other drink. Even though it was still full and we were definitely not going to continue drinking anything that came from the bar. All in all I will not return to this place.

But crap service,,,if all you want is drinks (the money maker) the service is fine.I live across the street from cheers west,so when we go out to eat we drive past this place that has such bad service....and thats to bad grat food there,so if ya want crap service and good food this is the place to go!!!!!

I was there on 17 December 2013. Excellent service from the bar-tenders with me and my friends. Some well dressed guy bought the entire bar drinks and paid off someones tab! The tables are true and sticks are level, unlike most other public pool tables. Definitely recommended.

I used to work here. The food was good, and all my coworkers were great people. But there was no communication amongst the kitchen staff to the point where they fired me without telling me. They just dropped what little communication they had with me entirely

I visited here for the first time and was impressed by it. The food is excellent and reasonably priced and the staff was cute and efficient. My drinks were very tasty and the bartenders themselves were fun and pretty. Bree was my favorite :)

Me and my bros go every sunday and we always have a good time. Bartenders are super nice and personable. The drinks are tasty and made correctly (unlike some other bars). 3 pool tables and dart boards. Awesome place

They didnt have ginger ale or even bitters to make your own. They also apparently stop serving food after 8pm. I just moved here from Portland, OR and wont be back because theres nothing worth coming here for.

Its a nice place to have a get together or celebration. The wait staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool table and darts are fun to play there as well.
