The food here is pretty decent, and relatively inexpensive. That considered, they still get only 1 star. Both times Ive visited this location, they have messed up my order and made me wait a ridiculous amount of time. Heres the complex, confusing order that caused their whole system to break down: Alki scramble, no cheese. Rocket science. While the rest of my party ate their meal, I was told my scramble was accidentally made WITH cheese, so they had to make it again. All of my friends had finished their food by the time my new cheese-free scramble arrived. What fun to be the only one eating while 4 people wait patiently and do nothing. I tried one more time, only to have the EXACT SAME THING happen again! Really? To top it off, when the scramble did arrive, it was the wrong one. It was not even accompanied by an apology. The worst service, period.

I love this place. The pastry assortment looks like something out of a dream. The lunch offerings (grilled portobello sandwich??) are out of this world. The staff are also very nice and efficient. But, the coffee. Oh, the coffee. The coffee is almost absurdly delicious. I drink an Americano, which is a drink that shows flaws easily. Alki Bakery on 1st routinely knocks it out of the park. A dark, smooth Americano with a rich, think crema floating on top. This cafe is utter perfection. AND its on my way to work. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Among my menu favorites: Their Tuna melt is a mix of albacore with delicious complements, so good. Their blackened Salmon. Salad is perfect. Oh..And Cookie,cakes, pastries...One of my favorite lunches in Seattle. Always easy parking and plenty of tables

Best sandwiches in the area. Everytime I know I will be in the area I save my appetite and wait until I can drop in. They close early so they have half priced baked goods at the end of the day. Everything is delicious. My favorite place to go for lunch.

I ordered an egg salad sandwich. Although my love for onions and celery is vast they just overpowered the egg taste I was looking for. Will probably visit again as I work nearby but will try another item.

Super delicious! I was a bit weary because its in Georgetown but its quality food and tastes like Mom made it! A little on the pricy side but its still worth eating here every once in a while.
