Dont order from here - food is terrible and the staff is very unprofessional. We were recommended to eat here by the owner of the hotel. Decided to order a large pizza, breadsticks, and some cheesesticks. This was a HORRIBLE experience from start to finish. First, we were told the food would arrive in 45 minutes. An hour after ordering we called them and asked where the food was and we were told it was on its way, but it still took another 15 minutes to get here. When the food got here I went to my bag to get money, and in the meantime the delivery guy came inside without being asked and put the food on the counter. I didnt mind much of it and found the money, but then he went and sat down on our bed in the hotel room and start going on and on about if we were nice enough to take him on our vacation with him. He was being very rude and abrasive and it was annoying. However, we were very hungry and went to eat. First, the breadsticks were stale and not very good at all. The cheesesticks were totally cold and not appealing at all. The pizza was okay but the pepperoni was very sparse and thinly cut so you could barely taste it. We also asked them to give us crushed red peppers and after clarifying that they would only give us a limited amount, they turned out to give us none at all. Overally, bad experience from an overpriced restaurant with subpar food and terrible service. Would not recommend.

So the customer service is horrible. I accidentally made an order online through seatac pizza time. I called to get a refund I get asked what my order was. Didnt ask for any of my information. Then tells me it takes 72 hours and hangs up before I can ask anything else. Then few days later call to talk with someone because its almost 72 hours and still nothing. He tells me 72 hours and I wait for the 72 hours. I call back today and then he tells me that the owner can only do the refund. So I should call back on monday morning. So this person tell me this after I called twice and get told 72 hours and now its been 5 days since the order. They are just now asking for my information. I ordered on saturday and the next monday still no return is done. I am getting the round about and its seeming they are refusing or taking their time to give refund. Do not recommend at all.

I ordered a 16" veggi loaded pizza w/ added pepperoni via phone from a humble fellow, whos English wasnt 100%, but was easy enough to communicate with what I wanted. Pizza ready in 15 minutes. Small shop, wasnt very busy, though it was 1:30 on a Monday. Service was friendly/family oriented, not easy to find in this area. Drove 5 minutes to my home, got inside, the pizza was hot, but cool enough to eat. Good portions for the price, pizza itself was very good, only pizza I can think of that tops it is proletariat in west seattle. Will order from them again.

Ive ordered twice from this location to be delivered while staying in hotels near seatac. Both times, the pizza was hot (like hot enough that it needed to cool down to eat) and fresh from the oven, delivered within 30 minutes even though they said itd be about 45, and tasted pretty good for delivery. Much better than the past few times Ive ordered Pizza Hut, and cheaper too. Its not the best pizza Ive had, but for delivery, its right up there. Like saying five guys is the best fast food burger. Ive had better, but it costs twice as much and took way longer.

Man so many things to say so little space. So our pizza arrived in an hour and 5 min when we were told 45 min. Which for a 10 min drive from there to here thats crazy. The driver then couldnt tell us the exact price and said he didnt carry change so he couldnt give us change. He started to say that under an hour was a good time when they are busy. I mentioned it was an hour and 5 min and he proceeded to tell us yeah thats what happens. Apparently 20 min late with no notification is ok with them. And well, whom carries change anymore....

Place an order for carry out, showed up to pick up the pizza well over 30 minutes after the order was placed. I pull up to the counter and two of the three employees see me waiting, but I am not help for well over 4 minutes. That may not see like a lot, but it is when you are standing there waiting. I am finally helped, just to find out the order isnt even in the oven, it wasnt prepared at all. The guy that talks to me tells me, "what to you want me to do" after I said this is not acceptable.

Awesome pizza! I dont agree with the other reviews at all! My boyfriend and I have been ordering from this location for a couple years now and the pizza and cheese bread has been great. We switched from pizza hut to pizza time because its cheaper and tastes better. Ive been a manager in the restaurant buisness for over 6 years and this location has always provided consistant quality pizza.

Staying at a hotel very close by. I called and made an order for delivery. I received a call back about 10-15 minutes later and was told they do not deliver to my location. Instead of driving just down the street (probably 5 minutes away) and making the delivery I was given the choice of picking it up or cancelling the order. I was told the manager is who gave me those options.

I could not believe I paid money to eat this. The crust was worse than a frozen pizza, the fresh tomatoes were limp and tasted uncooked and possibly rotten and the pizza was somehow cold. I treated myself to room service at the SeaTac Radisson, instead. Exercise caution with this one. Not even a few beers made this palatable.

Most time I order my pizza over the phone the customer service so great I got the correct order always plus those delivery person they are so super nice and quick by the time I got my pizza still so hot ... Ya thats why I am so lucky I have the best nebhar hood pizza place thanks.

Its ok but 3/5 stars is just too high. Portion of pizza is VERY small. The medium is really a small but they call it a medium to charge more. It tast ok. Truth be told I really dont remember the tast and it was just yesterday we ate there. A lot of prepackaged food.

We had just landed and was very tired while trying to figure out what to eat. We came across pizza time and decided to give it a try. Wow, they were FAST and it was so GOOD. I would highly recommend this place to anybody Whos staying at a hotel.

Pizza is better than big chains for sure. . I was going to say they take a bit long from past deliveries Ive made but my new order got here 7 minutes before it said it would.. actually my favorite pizza around home..

Ordered my pizza at 10:37pm on the eat24 app...said pizza would be delivered at 11:35pm...NEVER SHOWED AND NEVER CALLED...luckily I was going to pay cash and didnt use my debit....1 star...
