According to panda express rules; food is fresh, made very quickly, and friendly people. You want to definitely eat there when jose,patty,nard and manager jorge are cooking. No matter who cooks its good; but they are so quick and food even fresher when they are the ones doing it. Manager (Jorge), super kind and welcoming. He has a friendly crew who has fun while they work. There are a few people (1 or 2) who could use a little customer service training and a smile. but overall friendly. If you go there often they call you by your name and treat you like family. Saw a mom and her son who go in once a week and are always treated with smile. Best panda express around. This one is worth driving too.

Why Am I giving 2 stars, well today i came with my wife to this place and all the food was dry and not good looking, I have been working in restaurants for 2 years and thats plenty of time to know when you need to change the food or how often you need to change the food trays, so I ask politely to the employee if they were going to make more food, she look at me with such an attitude, then at the moment she hand me the receipt she was pulling it like fk heres your receipt, i like Panda Express the food is outstanding, but when coming to people with such this attitude no thanks, by the way the employees closed the restaurant half and hour before the closing time.

Let me drop some knowledge. You know how I do it. Ah Panda my Panda...your getting a 4 star rating cause its like a crap shoot if the chicken teriyaki is available. I mean for gods sakes people, cook more ! Other then that, food is pretty good, I LOVE the forturne cookies, they taste amazing. You need a few more options that arent spicy as well. I mean I am wuss when it comes to spicy myself, but I have tried a few and whew weee. Drinks are huge if you order a large, its a X large. So be careful. Some staff there not so bright or dont listen. I hate having to repeat myself, but ya. Cheer up we all have to work somewhere. Holler !

Order was wrong and when we tried to correct it the lady was annoyed and wouldnt fix it. She was so rude to us. The food was cold and bland and tasted old. It ended up giving us food poisoning later that night. It made my girlfriend cry how poorly we were treated and then to get sick after all of that. Very unimpressed, if you want food, go across the street to the taco bell. Thanks a lot "Nichole R." Cant even use your full last name I see.

Alright so we used to come here whenever we wanted to get some nice delicious take out knowing we would get it fast, nowadays it is so slow and they never have the things we want. We once came by and they were completely out of teriyaki chicken at 6:15 pm.. the people there are nice, but if your going to be open for 3 or more hours you should have food prepared, especially if you know it is a customer favorite.

My brother really loved going here when I would ask "where would you like to eat?". The food is always good and the service is always wonderful, the only thing I have agenst this place is the pictures dont really line up with the portions you are served. But, that is kind of true with all other places you go to now-a-days. Good food, will go back when I am buying dinner again :).

Worse customer service. The associate there including there manager said they close at 9 but there website says 10! Its ridiculous we understand you wanna leave early but dont have us drive all the way over there to just get the cold shoulder. We were not the only ones disappointed there was 3 other gentlemen and a family outside. NEVER GOING BACK.

I usually go to one place and this is the one that I go to and it is amazing, the men and woman that work there are nice and always keep a smile, great customer service. And the food has always been amazing, then again Im not a picky eater, but the food has always been on point. Keep up the good work.

Their food is good and fresh and nice if you are in a hurry. Unfortunatly they are often out of several items and then you have to wait, which defeats the purpose of getting it quick! When weve had to wait, a couple times they have given us a free drink.

Every time I come here the manager/team leader is always really friendly, along with the other workers here. They also give really large portions compared to the other locations near Kent giving more worth to the dollars you spend here.
