This store in particular is unorganized and pretty rude for customer service. I ordered a birthday cake almost a week ahead of pickup. Filled out the form, paid. When it came time to pick up the cake, gave the employee the receipt, then she went to the back to get it. Came back after 5 minutes empty handed and said she couldnt find it. Asked me if I filled out the form, then asked when I ordered it. I said you have the receipt in your hand with the date on it. Spent another 10 minutes calling her boss. When I said look you obviously do not have it ready just pick out a generic one from the freezer case and at least put a name on it. Then asked another employee to put happy birthday and asked if he wanted us to have him start over. I bluntly said no, thy have been waiting for us for a while now! I am very disappointed in the lack of service in resolving a situation they messed up on. The worst customer service, didnt get the cake that was ordered and made to feel that the money ($30.00) that was spent on special ordered ice cream cake was nothing.

This place is disgusting. TRUST ME I would know. They are NOT CLEAN. Sanitizer buckets are ALWAYS filthy and mind you.. the towels in those buckets touch just about EVERYTHING you do in there. They only hardly where gloves if the customers can see. The blizzard you order is made with extremely old, stale product. Completely overpriced for the sickening crap they sell they dont wash the dishes. They rinse them. The cooks ALL OF THEM eat the from the toppings they put on your burger with their bare hands. Same with the candy for the ice cream. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRID RESTAURANT. The owners verbally abuse their employees and just look like complete d-bags in the process. Worst Dairy Queen In American History.

Drive thru is good. Went inside and no one was at the counter. Drive thru girl came over asked if the people in front of us had been helped. When told no she went into the back got a guy who came out and started yelling at what appeared to be the cooks. Oh and then tqo girls come out feom the back one of them telling the how she was being mistreated I really do understand that arguments happen but infront of customers really? Very unprofessional.

I came for exactly one thing. A blizzard with cherries in it. My childhood favorite chocolate-covered cherry, they have an alternate version or had rather called choko cherry. This is the second Dairy Queen location Ive been at and neither of them have had cherry and neither of them know if this is a national change or not. For not having my childhood favorite the one thing that I returned to Dairy Queen to get they get one star.

Im not sure if Im the only one who thinks this, but dairy queen fries are an ignored gem. Neither too salty nor too bland and they have a delicious savory taste like McDonalds fries before they became vegitarian. Do yourself a favor: skip the whole bunch of new gimicky snack items they have and get you some fries and chicken tenders.

These humans need to grind their meat and not be so clean. Microwaved lettuce is gross and Im a vegetarian. They dont make my boyfriend work long enough and they pay him too highly.

The drive through is pretty quick here. If there is a long back up though inside there is usually no wait and no line.
