3 stars may sound kind of harsh, so please let me explain. I have very fond memories of this place. Lots of veggies, healthy lean proteins, and the ability to control my spice level, (somewhere between hot and hotter). Kathy and I have had some great experiences. Today was a bad experience and I know better than to take one experience and generalize it. But, here goes: - The waitress was listless, almost zombie like, - The cooks were a mess and they cooked our veggies into oblivion, and the amount of burnt material left behind is more than I have ever seen in one of these places; maybe the grill temp is too high? - We ate and asked for the check, ten minutes till we got it with maybe 20 patrons in the place. And what really blew my mind was the waitress, suddenly waking up from her somnambulatory state and staring at the ten percent tip for a solid 30 seconds. Sorry; this experience did not rate a 15 or 20% tip. Dont get me wrong, it is still an incredible deal and an opportunity to choose healthy food while not at home. I am not going to say I will never go back or any such thing, but the love affair is over and I will start looking for an alternative for the times we visit Puyallup.

Food is delicious but the owner (aside from her hard working employees) is extremely rude. I usually tend to block it out but this time she snapped at us when we changed our mind about where we wanted to be seated then got mad when we asked for a certain spot. Then told me to make up my mind. Then had a bad attitude and asked what I wanted to drink and I told her, "Ill take a sobe", and she snapped again and told me to go get it by myself when I told her the carrot flavor was good. At this point she beginning to give me orders and treat my like Im working for her so I just told her we were going to eat somewhere else. I felt kind of bad for her workers now. We went next door to happy teriyaki and it was delicious.

So this is the first time my best friend and i went here, the food tasted great! I gave 3 stars because the pros: good service, the employees were very kind, the food tasted good and the price was good for the lunch deal. The cons: about 20min after eating both my friend and i got some serious bathroom issues. We both love Mongolian grills and get the same ingredients almost everytime. I was a little weary of how the meat was held so maybe that was it? Im not sure. But we wont be going back there because of the bathroom issues but also because you cant take your leftovers home! All you can eat no matter what buffet style, no to-go boxes.

My wife and I happened to be in the area last night and found this on Google. We love mongolian grills as it works well for those with dietary issues so you can have exactly what you want on your plate. We both thought our dinners were awesome! I personally enjoyed the fact that they have thick teriyaki sauce which I love, AND Gyoza that appear to be handmade and fresh. I personally could just eat those all night, but the buffet line was stocked with all the traditional favorites and were cooked perfectly. Very friendly, very clean. We will be going back whenever we are in that area.

Wonderful selection which includes gluten-free noodles and a wide variety of meats, vegetables, and sauces. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and the chefs never overcook the food. My wife and I travel far out of our way to have lunch or dinner here. Prices are good, around $10 for lunch, and $14 for dinner (lamb and seafood added to the meats during dinner) and in addition to all-you-can-eat Mongolian grill, you also get unlimited soups, gyoza and eggrolls, and soft serve ice cream.

They charged me 8.99 for a 1.5 yr old because I put a tiny bit of noodles on a separate plate to be cooked. It would have been nice for someone to tell us it was going to be that much. When I asked about it they said my daughter was big. I told them it would have been nice for them to tell me she was going to cost so much and they said most people ask if they charge for babies...they need to list their prices! She literally only ate a scoop of rice and a couple noodles!

My favorite place to eat. Fresh and tasty ingredients, 5 types of noodles, 4 meats, lots of vegetables and every kind of sauce-oil-spice you could want. Cooks quickly by very nice men. Includes gyoza, spring roll, 3 soups and soft ice cream. Youll like the regular hostess, whos apparently on vacation till June. The temporary hostess is also very energetic, vibrant and lovely. But I swear I come for the food!

If you are hungry and decide to eat here you probably will. Theres more food than plates. One of the deep fried things is not so good, whilst the other is slightly worse. The water is average and comes in cups. Soy sauce is served to anyone willing to drink it. Art is on the walls. Not Garfunkel, but the pictures sing to me just the same. Ben Bridge commercials are played on the chefs choice of radio.

I had no idea that a Mongolian BBQ could be this good. All you can eat soup, rice, egg rolls, ice cream, and pot stickers in addition to the buffet. Excellent selection of food, it is fresh and delicious. The price is a couple of dollars higher than some other places, but the extra perks are worth it. Previously I thought Jasmine in Federal Way was good, but this place is even better.

The food was good, but the cook was the rudest person I have ever met. He spent 2 full minutes scolding me in front of the entire restaurant for taking what he perceived to be too much food, even after I repeatedly apologized and told him I understood. Humiliating your customers is a very poor business model. I will not be back and I will tell my friends about this.

This place has great food at reasonable prices. Kinda hard to say it qualifies as a buffet since most times youre full with just one plate, but if you have a monster appetite and you like this kind of food then this is the place for you. Plus with all of the fresh and wonderful options to choose from, every visit has the potential to be different than the last.

Arrived at restaurant at 7:45. Main food was very good tasty and good selection. Soup was at the bottom of the pan and had been there for a while the egg rolls and such were almost gone was only a couple left in each container. The Waitresses were friendly and brought around water without asking. The restaurant was clean and bright and well kept

Dont come here if youre planning on going after 7 pm. They isnt have soup, rice, potstickers..... really?!? I asked the lady at 8 if I could have soup and she said no because they are closing "soon". They close at 9:30. Thanks a lot lady. This place has bomb food but if youre coming for the extra sides dont go even two hours before they close

One of my absolute favorite places to go eat in Puyallup. This Mongolian buffet will not disappoint! It does get busy, but that just says how popular the place really is. I have also had a larger group of people out for dinner and they were very accommodating. The food is always of great quality and the staff are wonderful! Highly Recommend!
