First off they never have good service and they always mess something up. The only reason I go back is for the food. Tonight however, was terrible. They first messed up our order. We got a medium size wings and got half honey bbq and half medium. When the waitress brought our food it was all honey bbq. I dont like honey bbq at all. The waitress noticed this and went to talk to the manager. She brought me back a snack size medium flavor wings. It had 6 wings. A medium size is 20 and half is 10. So I should of got 10 wings and instead almost got half of that. When the waitress asked if this was okay I said I guess. She then respond "well its free soo....". This was ridiculous. I should of got atleast what I had paid for but I didnt. The manager did not handle this well at all. We then got a to go order for mozzarella sticks. The hostess then brought us our mozzarella sticks but it wasnt in a to go bag so we asked her to put it in a to go bag. When she brought it back we thanked her and she rolled her eyes. Then, my boyfriend told her and another hostess to have a good night when we were leaving and she rolled her eyes AGAIN and turned away. The customer service is TERRIBLE. They need to be properly trained on customer service. Restuarants are suppose to have good customer service so that their customers continue to come back. It doesnt matter if your having a bad day you dont take it out on the customers. Im in customer service and always have a smile on my face no matter what so I have no sympathy for this. This company needs to get their crap together and train their employees and manager properly.

For a place that features their main product in their title, you would think that they want to make and serve you the best wing you have ever had in your life, or at least a decent one. Unfortunately they have chosen to do the exact opposite. I was shocked, having never been to a BWW before, that they use pre-cooked frozen wings!?!?!?! WTF??? What is so difficult about wings??? I have made a few thousand in my life and it’s not like making Duck Confit or trying to make the perfect Molé, it’s just WINGS! You get fresh wings from a local supplier (like Foster Farms maybe?), you coat them, you fry them, you toss them in a sauce, and you serve them. Why can’t they just do that??? But wait, I suddenly remembered, this is a corporation run by bean counters and not real chefs! SNAP! So of course it’s all about maximum profit and screw the customer because they will all be so drunk that they won’t care anyway! Well, some of us do care and we won’t be going back! BTW… the wings aren’t the only thing on the menu that is pre-cooked & frozen. Everything is the same as far as that goes. So if you like that sort of thing you could save a lot of money by getting some Banquet frozen wings, some frozen cheese sticks and some frozen potato wedges / slices and just having them at home. The same ‘chef Mike’ will cook them either way! (chef Mike = Microwave) And the quality will be as good or better! Oh yeah, the service was also terrible and SLOW!

Wow!!..had I only read the reviews, I could have saved time and money!! We had a couple hours to kill before our movie and I thought it would be a great place to try. I was thrilled to see all the TV screens and thought forward to football season. We grabbed a table near the bar and patiently waited to be served since there were only a few other patrons with 2 wait staff and a bartender....silly me!! it took 30 minutes to get 1 beer and 1 glass of wine and after 40 minutes we waved down "A" waitress since ours seemed to have decided we were no longer her table...not that she was busy cleaning all the dirty tables or the bar...that seemed to be a job that was not assigned to any one that day! Still having a good hour to wait we decided to go accross the street to the mexican place were we had great food and Excellent service! what a shame...so many screens so much promise such crappy service!

Good food, but dont use the jukebox machine It is rigged! We payed to play Tom Jones "Whats New Pussycat" about 5 times but it only played twice, they took it off because the waitress couldnt take a joke and got very upset at me and someone from another table while we tried to play it again. So not only did they rip me off, they ripped another guy off too! And when I tried to talk to the front manager they just lied and said that someone paid to play a song next, even though i paid extra to play in a ques... The manager then proceeded to stare at me and my group for about a good 30 minutes. Lol so note to everyone, most of the bar staff and management cant take a funny joke lol. My waiter who was in training (cant remember his name.) And the waitress training him were both very fun and great service. Just the manager was very stand offish. Fair warning, mixed service here!

Placed an order on the phone and when I came to pick up I waited about 30 minutes extra in the lobby. The manager Kevin came out and told me my order had been given away by accident. Josh and david were running the registers and they were super honest and accommodating as I waited for them to remake my fairly large order. In the mean time they obviously wanted to make it right so offerred me credit in the future or now. Since I already paid I figured itd be easier to credit me in the future. Following week came to pick up my credited order and again these fellas were there and so nice and accommodating! I really appreciate the care they took in making me feel like they wanted me to continue coming back! Of course I will because my family loves hot wings! Ive been on their end and I understand we are only human and we all make mistakes! Thanks guys!

My most recent experience kinda messes it up. You get a survey every once in a while on your receipt and if you complete it the next time you visit you are supposed to get $5 off. So happens we go on a Thursday and AFTER we are done then Im told I cant use it as Thursdays they already have the wing special. They knew I had the coupon/receipt when I ordered. Becky was the manager and thats where I place the blame as Im familiar with the server and was advised the manager Becky refused to accept it. Guess whats going to happen if I ever go back and get another review on my receipt. Yes Becky you guessed it

We came for the bar and to watch the Cubs game. On the way in, we were greeted by young boys from a local hockey team. BWW was donating a portion of that nights proceeds to their team and allowed them to set up a table for fundraising. I appreciate businesses that give back, not only to the local community, but to our youth. I will definitely support that. Our waitress, Shaina, was very friendly and kind. She went the extra mile and made sure to give us fresh coffee instead of just giving me old coffee from that morning. It shows she cares to give excellent service. Thank you! We will come back.
