Oh my goodness! The ultimate foodie retreat! So close to the airport, yet you feel like youre in a secluded oasis. Especially if you sit outside- you are among the trees, grass, flowers and a creek. I send all of my out-of-town colleagues to this restaurant because it is upscale and delicious. I found this restaurant by accident, searching for a restaurant that was not the typical mall restaurant, but still in the same general area. Copperleaf did not disappoint! Not only was it far superior to the chain restaurants, it was not too far from the mall. It is located within a hotel/resort, which was a little confusing at first. You have to kind of park in the back, if you dont want to do valet and then walk around to the front.

Found everyone at Copperleaf completely lethargic and lazy. We waited 10 minutes to be greeted and 35 minutes until we received our beer and drink. Should have left but decided to just drink the drinks. A hair was in her drink, when we told our waiter he said the bartender is bald... at that point we were done. Manager came over and apologized and asked if he could treat us to some wine, which was nice but we declined. It was time to get out of this terrible experience. The waiter was the worst Ive ever come across. Will never be back

Ive been here a few times. I would recommend going earlier in the dinner hours. The service and quality of food is not quite as good at 9pm, perhaps some of their better chefs go home by then. The desserts are always impressive and pretty unique. They consistently do salmon dishes well. I had the filet mignon last night and was a little disappointed, but it was 9pm and my other experiences there have been quite good.

Ten minutes from a large airport, Cedarbrook has created an aesthetic oasis. The service is fast, gracious, and unpretentious. And then there is the food at the Copperleaf Restaurant. It was gastronomic Christmas. I ate slowly cause every bite was a taste treat, a gift, a work of art. This is a hidden treasure that I invite you to give yourself. Thank you chef Mark, Evan, staff and Lodge. I will return!

Everything we had at this restaurant was well thought out and extremely tasty. The staff is also very helpful. The only thing to keep this from having 5 stars is the wait times during dinner. Not sure if it was due to a large party in the facility, but our dinner was almost 2.5 hours long. The atmosphere is quite nice, so there is only 1 star lost as it wasnt too bad considering the quality of the meal.

Terribly slow and kicked out before we could finish our second glass of wine. I only ordered a salad and steak appetizer; Silvia never asked how I wanted the steak prepared and it came out cold. After swooping away with our paid bill she returned to say we had to leave to make room for another reservation. No one was waiting and it is just Monday night! Do not recommend.

Food is exceptional, and it is priced accordingly. Excellent service complete wirh good wine recommendations and attention to details. It is worth arriving early and walking the grounds - very cool architecture and landscaping.

Time slows down. All senses heighten as enjoyed the scallops and venison. The ambiance was quiet and intimate. The wait staff is very knowledgeable and willing to share their thoughts. Chers!
