This place would get 0 if the food wasnt good. My 1st experience at B.W.Ws was horrible tonight. Worst service I have had ever! As soon as we sat down in the bar it was literally 15mins before any waiter spoke to us. She was Breanna was extremely rude! First thing out of this ladys mouth was " Our distract manger is closing us down in 10mins, anything you order you might have to get it to go. What do you want to drink?" (Rudest tone/and facial expression) I was getting a cocktail so that menu was already on the table. I said what I wanted and my boyfriend asks for a menu, so he could look at other drinks/food. This waiter cuts him off while hes speaking and simply says "I need I.Ds" He was not getting any alcoholic beverage, so he nicely says "I only want a strawberry shake, my ID is invalid." She still very rude says "I cant have you in the bar with that ID, Ill move you in the other dining area." She walks off, we assumed we were suppose to follow so we did. She flops menus on a table and walks off. Another 10mins goes by before any other waitress Angela or Angelica I believe, cant remember. Anyway she comes and says "What can I get you?" We tell her. 20-30mins we get our food no silverware, no napkins, no dipping sauce. Mind you when she gave us our food, not one word was said. So another 10mins goes by and I say "excuse me, can we get our ranch." She takes the ranch and coleslaw off the tray with another tables food (which was fine) and sets it on table and walks off. Lmao now at this point my boyfriend and I are laughing like "with is going on in this place. I get up and go to register thingy and ask for silverware and napkins. The waitress says "yeah". Literally 5mins after that she comes and brings us silverware and napkins. I asked " Is it the bar that was supposed to close in ten minutes, or the whole place?" She says while shes texting on her phone " The whole place, tonights been really weird."...... UUUUHHH YEAH YOURE TELLING ME! LOL SMH. However the food was good and my drink was good. I will never come back to ths Buffalo Wild Wings against but I will definitely go to another location.

Whats going on with this goddamn place. Ive always come to Buffalo wild wings and a great service. Then I finally had a bad one when I went to Buffalo wild wings in Federal Way, Washington. I know sometimes you have to get ready to close but I had to wait when Half of the place was empty. By the way they were still going to be open for another three hours. I think the ladys name at the front desk with Robin and informed her I want to be seated in a booth but was not and the people that came right after I got a booth not even minutes after. Then I asked for a strawberry lemonade to later get informed that I can only have one and they are not refillable. I got more than one but it wouldve been better if I was informed ahead of time. I asked for street tacos to start out my order but didnt receive them until after everything else was there. At this point I really dont think Im coming back to this location I love the food but not the service this time. being a server or in retail is a hard business but customer service is everything. imperfection was the only thing accomplished. Not to mention as Im writing this this lady Robin seats another couple in a booth right next to me. Im so done…

Will not return. Called in advance to see what time I could order food until ...2:am. After busy day arrive at 1:20 am SAT in bar area and placed order. Preferred BWW to going to Applebees!!! Our food is delivered at 1:50, quick and hot. Bartender with crappy attitude after getting our drinks and place settings for the last 40 minutes walks over and says "Its 1:58! You have to be out of here in two minutes, I"ll bring you to go boxes." A simple explanation of we kick everyone out at two a.m. when we ordered would have been fine, or even a ten minute warning. We would have just ordered to go. No biggie. This was just ignorant! Crappy staff. Most likely have bad attitude from getting minimum tips for the service they provide. New staff would definitely increase sales and tip moneys for decent employees. Please dont take your bad day out on customers. The South Hill Puyallup location is always awesome. Spend your money where they appreciate you. I would have tipped extra for having arrived so late even if I ordered to go.

Pricing and food is decent, not great or bad. But customer service tends to be lacking too often. The one time I ate inside the server got two out of six orders completely wrong, forgot a side-order, and didnt pay much attention to us after the fact (refills, etc). It wasnt even busy being around 2pm on a weekday. When ordering for pick up you have to be careful to check your orders completely yourself. In one case there was hardly any sauce on the wings (to the point that the employee verifying the contents pointed it out first and sent them back for more). But two out of three of my pick up orders have been incorrect in terms of add-ons. In both cases they left out either the basic dips that came with it or extra dips I had actually paid the extra .60c for and in one of the cases the potato wedges were not even remotely "crispy" as ordered. Its nice they verify your order when you pick it up by opening the boxes and checking them, but its still apparently easy for them to miss the little extras.

Let me preface this by saying I love BWW. This particular one however was beyond disappointing... I talked this place up to my friend (who had never been) beforehand. After we got there I spent the whole meal promising him it wasnt normally this bad. We received two forks and two waters for our party of three? The appetizers arrived the same time as the meal (twenty five minutes after ordering). Its not the longest Ive waited before, but the place was half full so.... yeah. When the wings arrived (finally) they had barely a drip of sauce on them. I almost took a picture! When I asked for more sauce I was charged extra. I am the easiest person on the planet to please really I am, but when I spend 30 dollars on wings they better at least have sauce on them! The one ray of redeeming light was our friendly waitress Shawn. I tipped her, but to you Federal Way Wild Wings I tip my hat for ruining one of my favorite places to eat. Bravo!

My boyfriend and I visit buffalo wild wings very regularly. At the federal way location is where we have had the worse experience and we will not be returning. My boyfriend asked for extra sauce on his parmesian wings because usually they are dry, so all they did was squirt the sauce on the wings, we ordered parmesian, buffalo rub, dessert heat, and honey BBQ wings and all of the wings tasted as though they dumped a can of pepper on all of them it was terrible we couldnt even eat are wings and we asked for them to be replaced and what we where told was well you asked for extra sauce -_- smh and are chicken ceasar salad was full of pepper as well like my mouth was burning it was just the worse experience ever. We have been to the Tacoma buffalo wild wings and they are so awesome and have always had our order right and taste delicious so we will only be going to Tacoma for bww !!
