WinCo Foods is always been one of my favorite places to shop for groceries. The store is kept clean, bright, and well-stocked. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. WinCo is an employee-owned organization dedicated to the success of their employees, and providing you the best prices on food and consumables. I personally shop at three different grocery establishments and suggest comparing prices who sings I get from Winco but I do get some from others I do occasionally find better prices elsewhere. WinCo Foods also carries pet, kitchen, laundry, personal hygiene, and household supplies as well as very large selection of alcoholic beverages. They have one of the best bulk bin selections around, as well as numerous qualities and brands for your selection. WinCo also features an in-house Bakery featuring cakes and fresh made Goods. Please note WinCo Foods does accept debit and EBT but they do not accept credit cards due to the outrageous transactional fees card companies charge. Five stars Going will make you feel :-) CostValue: $•••• Recommend: Highly I am a Google Local Guide, my reviews are my own. This establishment has not compensated me, influenced, or requested my review in any way. :-)

Some prices are good, some more expensive than Walmart. Overall my bill was a bit less than I usually pay at Walmart. Also they do not have the variety of selection as Walmart. Big negative is that you have to bag your own stuff and carry it out - not the best alternative if you have heavy stuff like cat litter or cases of soft drinks. I think that Id just as soon do business where I dont have to bag my own stuff and then deal with carrying out lots of bags and heavy items. The savings isnt enough to warrant the long drive and the inconveniences mentioned. Far superior selection at other places. There were only 2 check out lanes open when I was ready to check out, long lines backed up. They finally got someone to come and open a 3rd checkout lane. Also not a very good selection of alcohol for a store the size of WinCo. Definitely not impressed.

I have a service animal that helps me with my molibilty. I was checking out when the cashier asked me if he was a service dog. I said yes. She then proceeded to ask me if he was certified which may I add is against the law for her to even ask of me as service animals do not need to be certified. The entire time she proceeded to talk crap about me and my dog to another employee about how i was lying. My dog wears a head collar which she claimed was a muzzle and threatened to call the cops on me. It was rude of her to talk to me in such a way. Normally im okay with WINCO but this completely changes my mind. I even called them afterwards to make a complaint and they hung up on me, TWICE. Im done with this store. It was rude, careless, and rather disrespectful to me and my dog.

Went to Winco for the baked chicken for dinner tonight, the chicken is always amazing at WinCo if you havent tried it you need to ! prices are good not only on their chicken dinners but the rest of the groceries as well they undercut Walmart Safeway Albertsons Fred Meyer by a considerable amount most of the time , I also love the bulk food section if youre making a recipe and just need a little bit of something you need to give WinCos bulk food section of visit . the clerks are always Pleasant and very helpful, as this is an employee-owned store they have ownership in making sure that their customers are happy and satisfied. If you havent been to a WinCo yet you need to give it a try youll never go anyplace else

Always enjoy my shopping experience at the Lacy WinCo. I REALLY like the new arrangement in the produce department. Putting the big bins in that big, normally dead, corner is awesome. It brings attention to those items faster, makes the entire department flow better, look fuller and showcases the overall department. It also allows for easier customer access PLEASE DONT CHANGE IT back to deadend grocery items along the wall again. The customer service is top knotch. The staff are upbeat and happy which makes grocery shopping a better experience for all. I live in Shelton and make the drive not just because of WinCo prices but because Lacy is a clean and upbeat store that offers great customer service.

I do like most WinCos, but this one was just ok for me. No pizza at this location. They charge for bags. Um. No thanks. Homeless guy tried to hustle us for money. Selling a pocket knife. Just shady. Just FYI for first timers: ALL WinCos are either CASH OR DEBIT. NOOOO CREDIT CARDS! Its a bit of a bummer if you go there, get a ton of stuff then realize you cant pay for it because you didnt bring cash or a debit card. It seems as if less of us carry cash or debit these days, but I think it helps keep their cost down. My favorite thing is the bulk section and variety of the kinds of items there. Just so much to chose from! And you can get the amount you need. No more no less.

Love the store, but just had a bad encounter with an employee. Entering the store the first cart I grabbed was damaged and bairly rolled, looked like it was hit by a car. The second cart the child seat was covered by a spill. Both carts I pushed off to the side. I grabbed a third cart it was good but as I turned the cart guy grabbed the other two carts slammed them together spun them around and back into the front of the cart row, almost hitting me with them. I told him the one doesnt roll and the other has sticky stuff all over it. his response was none of them roll straight you got to deal with it. Then he stormed off. I was stunned and very angry.

Most prices here are HIGHER than competitors. Lets examine this. Bread is cheaper at FM and safeway. Baked goods? winco is most expensive. nuts/trail mix? FM cheaper. Yes they have cheap sandwiches and other stuff but quality of meats is low. Combine all this with no credit card policy and this place costs more. I earn $$$ back using my credit card at supermarkets. Here i earn nothing and lose money now instead of paying after 30 days or so. Stop being so cheap and allow credit cards. This is 21st century not 1800s.

I went in for the 1st time yesterday. The store was not to busy and the staff was helpful, but looked tired. I found the layout kind of different than a conventional store, but what I could find it was priced $1-$3 less than everyone else. We went up and I expected to spend $235 and my wife said $200 ... when it was tallied up it came to $135. Compared to Safeway we got what we wanted and we felt we saved big. So my wife spent the savings at Macys and bought some cosmetics, go figure..... savings gone :(

I love this place... I just wish it was closer. I can find pretty much everything I need and the staff is always friendly and most helpful. I like that I can go at all times of the day/night for any last-minute shopping, because its open 24 hours. They have a large selection of food, seasonal items, coffee and organic items too as well as, pet care and household items. In my opinion and from routinely shopping here, they are cheaper than Walmart on many items if youre looking for a bargain.
