Every sandwich Ive gotten from Big Town Hero has been delicious! The bread is soft, they add the perfect amount of ingredients, and they have brewed iced tea with lemon wedges! (Huge plus in my book) Not only that but we use the conference room for the Lebanon Toastmasters meeting and Big Town Hero has been wonderful about letting us use the room and making any accommodations we need.

Trash strewn about with tables left dirty, out of paninis, only wheat bread which they promptly ran out of for the guy after us (2nd time theyve run out of bread during dinner hour around 5-6), employees joking and laughing loudly, including one who literally said one of her favorite things is a sponge getting wet.

Pretty comparable to all of the other sandwich shops in the area. The veggies are defiantly lacking in freshness. I usually order a turkey delight or turkey avocado. Gets busy at lunch time!
