I have been going to Windfall Deli for 5 years. Lately it has been not so good. Some of the new people working there do not know what customer service is. The place is not a real deli. it is a front for Oregon Lottery gambling and sells beer and cigarettes. I call it a vice shop. It is EASY to make money on vices... no real challenge there. The cashiers (glorified bartenders) come around when you are in a bonus, but if you dont have a nickel to spend, they treat ya like crap. very un-professional. They throw away more food than they serve, since they are not a real deli. Some poeple get power access and they have crappy WiFi. If the cashier dont like you (i.e.: you did not tip them enough for not doing much anyway) then they will not allow you to plug in your laptop. The place used to have much better customer service and has been going downhill since 2012. The store manager cannot even keep TP stocked in the bathroom or order the right beer selection. The owner neglects the store. They have more important businesses to attend to than this little deli. Oh and they sell cigarettes but have no matches (on purpose) which was designed to sell more lighters. Overall, I do not recommend this store. Not much money goes in and so you cannot win much neither. Thumbs down... way down.

Cleaner than the average "deli" of this sort. Dont go here if you want a sandwich though.
