We found out about this place when we were at the Farmers Market. We decided we would order macarons for our Daughters birthday party. When it came time to order, we could never get anyone to answer the phone. In their voicemail they said to send orders to an incorrect email address which we did not know until we spoke to them again at the Farmers Market 1 week later. We finally got our order in for 2 dozen of 2 flavors. In the afternoon following, they called us back and said that we can only have 1 flavor in a very condescending tone (like we were supposed to know?). This was a shock to an already drawn out problem. We decided to cancel our order and order from another local bakery who were way nicer and worked with us to get our order the next day. We do not know who we spoke to over the phone but both times we were at their stand in the Farmers Market they were nice and polite but their "rules" need to be communicated better.

I have only had the Kouign-amann from thriftway and it was LITERALLY life changing. At least in the gastronomic sense. If you have never had a Kouign-amann(Queen- aman) do it now, without haste!
