My God. Something to actually be proud of in Brem. This place is great! I try to go here at least once a month. They experiment with their offerings a lot, so you might not find the exact thing someone has told you about, but it seems like you cant go wrong with pretty much anything they have. If they DO have the ham and cheese brioche, though, jump on that! Mmm. Also, I havent gone during the week so I dont know the situation there, but on the weekend you definitely want to get there before 11 if you want a full selection.

It is so great to have such an EXCELLENT pastry option in Bremerton. You no longer have to go to Seattle for great French pastries, you can find them right in Manette! You know its great when you cant pick a favorite. Love the Financiers, Bostocks, and twice baked Croissants to rival Bakery Nouveau! They know what theyre doing, and I have NEVER been disappointed in anything Ive had from here. And Stumptown Coffee! Friendly folks and great pastries!

My brother-in-law told me about this place, and since its close to work I have stopped in a few times. The place is small but dont let that fool you. The pastries and baked goods are top shelf! Its cash only, dont know if that will change.

The quiche was my favorite. Andy is awesome and Im sure would love to have a chat if you have time while getting your delicious baked goods. Its always a good feeling when you can support a local business even if youre traveling.

Hands down the best brioche and croissant Ive ever had. I can understand why the owners chose Bremerton, but so wish that they would have found a town closer to Seattle. Cant wait to go back and have some more.
