Great place for kids to have fun and be safe . The young man who greeted us for a Birthday Party was kind and very knowledgeable about the offerings of the restaurant. HOWEVER, after that it went down hill. The host of the party arrived after us and the "Party Planner" young lady was busy with another customer so the host just came on in. After awhile the great young man came over and explained her party package but did not explain the details/options of adult party guests to purchase food and drinks. This caused a bit of confusion on everyones part but we lived with it. The most upsetting thing was the customer service as the crew prepared to close. It was a very slow night, only 2 other small parties there and not too many other guests. There were a ton of announcements about the lights going off, but no warnings like "10 minutes until closing", the bathrooms were closed during the last 20 minutes before closing so the staff could clean, the childrens disposable to go cups were cleared off of the table while they were playing, and then when the thirsty children came back for a last drink they had no cups and were refused new ones so they could get a drink to go. Then to add insult to injury, the games were turned off in the middle of their play. I understand the need to clean and close the facility and the desire of the employees to go home. However, I also believe in good customer service and being polite. If there had just been 1 or 2 announcements about the need for us to wrap things up and or prepare to leave or that the games were going to be turned off it may not have appeared to be so rude, but as it was it left a bad taste in my mouth as a first time guest. By the way, the family hosting the party frequent the facility and have had this childs party there for 3 years running but were not pleased either.

Great place for kids and not as cheesey as some other places. I wish the video game area was minus some of the lame push the button win a ticket games. Also having 2 pacman games is redundant. The 2 story rocket ship play structure is awsome and the kids love it. The 3 different kinds of slides down are really great and people get kinda dizzy and nauseous on the red and blue corkscrew slides which I find somewhat humorous. The baby play area is comfortable if you can get a spot on one of the 2 couches. Changing to one bounce house slide from 2 was a good move I think because the smaller kids always felt left out not being allowed with the bigger kids when the big kids could go on the little kids one. The plasma cars are tons of fun for all and I love when theres a ton of kids and they have a huge traffic jam. Its so funny watching them. Best times to go are later in the evening on weekends or weekdays can be good. Their $12 deal is pretty nice. Cant wait till my littlest one is big enough to enjoy it and I can sit back and relax for a couple hours while letting them all loose.

My kids think this place rocks. Weve got a membership and its great because we can stop by for an hour and let the kids get out some wiggles and not have to feel like were throwing money down the drain. This place is as named, far away, yet not totally, it just feels like it. Theyve got fun for the little tykes all the way to, I would say about 11yrs. Its a great place to hang out with the girls while the kids are running around like little tornadoes, plus when you get home your house will be clean ( thats saying if you left it that way, but nevertheless cleaner than it wouldve been if you stayed home). And I would give the pizza a thumbs up grade for yummyness. Lets keep this place in business! We need more of these places here in the Portland area. The only thing that I would like to see different is to have a better welcoming staff. Coming in for the first time you might feel lost. But try it anyway. You wont be disappointed. Unless by chance you thought this place was a spa and you had an appointment. In that case you should contact a doctor.

For me it is a really nice place to take the young ones. I have to disagree with those who blast the place about "not enough supervision by staff" as I am responsible for the safety of my party. There is no carpet which means cleaner floors, and there are plenty of hand sanitizer dispensers, but because the restrooms are in a more accessible area than other themed restaurants I encourage my kids to wash their hands instead. Food is not as bad and today, Wednesday, we even found them having a special which made it more affordable. What OoTW is NOT: high-end dining Child care Prize-hunting arcade It IS: Loud (kids place) Clean Fairly priced With plenty of free parking Reliable Open wifi Good food Allows for more exercise for kiddos Weekends may be extremely busy, so prepare for kids overload. Best,

Not worth the money. Used to be one of our favorite places to come because its close to home, but theyve removed most play structures and now there is only the slide left. You are charged to play in here and thats the only thing to play on. Then you have to buy game cards for the arcade area (no complaints about that), but most of the games didnt work. The games would take the money but the games didnt work. They credited back money for the games that didnt work, but with five kids swiping cards over and over again, it was hard to keep track of which games didnt work and how much money was lost. Probably the last time well be here. Maybe dont charge for entrance unless people want the buffet and then fix the arcade games so theres a reason to come here.

My 2 year old Birthday Party Went Great!! I will go again. I only heard of this place by other people talking about it, so I did some research and found out, it was a pretty fun place. I have a large group attending the party so I was worried about space. I order the SuperNova party for 20 kids and it worked out perfect. I had a host helping me and checking on if I needed any thing all the time. So I felt very special. I had a large number of Adults going and it worked out great. I had to pay for extra Pizza and adult drink cups, but that I already knew that was going to happened. My 2 year old had a great time and I would do it there again.

We first showed up a week ago from Portland. We had called before to check there hours and were very disappointed when we arrived to discover they were closed for maintenance. I was very frustrated the vm didnt let us know they were closed. We came back today with our 18 month old son only to see that the jump houses and toddler section was now a arcade. They charged us $5 for him and within a few minutes we discovered there was nothing age appropriate for him besides a small section that had a play kitchen and small slide. I pointed it out to the owner was just defensive. It was a waste of time and money.
