I work near by, so this starbucks is convienent. It is absolutely the WORST Starbucks, EVER. I keep thinking, maybe the next time I go to this location it will be better. It never is. Last time I asked to reload my starbucks card for 30$ and to have my ONE drink deducted. I was charge $11 and didnt realize it tell I checked my balance later. Today, I went through the drive through, ordered an iced tea and breakfast sandwhich. When I pulled up, she asked, Wait, did you order the iced tea? Im so confused. I replied, Yes and she handed me my drink. Then told me to have a nice day. Forgot about my sandwhich, which I politely reminded her about. She was so distracted socializing with her co-workers she ended up giving me some nutty loaf. Which I didnt realize tell I returned to work. THEN I was grumpy. Every experiece at this location has been so-so at best. Constantly getting things wrong or mixed up. I can understand one time, but it is every time. It is also the slowest drive through, and I would say its because the employees are much too busy gossiping to supply their paying costumers with quality service. At least get my order right. I will now drive further south down the Speed way even though its an inconvienence.

This is a great Starbucks! They provide both hot and cold beverages or food items for everyone. This includes gluten free, dairy free or other special diets. There is a verity of different seating options available including indoor or outdoor, disabled, bar stool style, booth, and regular family style with tables. This is a fabulous place to hook up with someone either as a couple, small study group or just family. Adding to the charm of this establishment is the customer service oriented staff. If you ever have an issue, question, or specific need, make sure that you speak to a staff member. They will go out of their way to provide you with an exceptional experience, including helping you modify your drink to something uniquely individual. ♡ Check them out, you have nothing to lose!

3.5 Stars based on atmosphere and cleanliness. This Harbour Pointe Starbucks has a busy fairly fast drive through and indoor/outdoor seating. [Paying @drive thru via Starbucks App on phone can be problematic as the cell signal/WiFi can drop out at the pick up window]. This location is a natural and convenient spot to meet due to its very close walking proximity to Kamaik HS Harbour Pointe MS and Columbia ES. This brings all ages to the location throughout the day. It became a much louder and less intimate atmosphere after the remodel several years ago. The drinks/food/baked goods are up to par and the staff is friendly. More attention could be paid to the overfull garbages/clean tables when less busy. 8/17

Great Egg Nog Latte, but "Ted" and his wife were in here on Sunday December 6th around 6:30pm and just offered to buy my drink for me. This doesnt happen every day and I just wanted to put it out on the internet so that "Ted" might get my sincere message of thanks!! "old school" not old :) the way people used to be friendly to each other long ago. I had three hours of driving to think about what a small yet very kind gesture. Thanks again Ted!! I hope you and your wife have a very Merry Christmas!! Kevin p.s by the way I was able to "pay it forward" this morning to a patron at a local Starbucks. Felt Good!!

3 barists busy with long line of cars at window, few customers inside. i ordered a new drink. i did not hear my name called, iced drink sat on counter 5 minutes before I realized it was mine. ice was melting deluting drink. she could have called my name louder or a 2nd time.

This is the only starbucks that I go to that does not put a sleeve on your drink when going through the drive thru. A very rare occassion that I do not have to ask, no clue why this one is different than all the others I go to. Drinks are good, service is friendly.

I was out riding around with my convertible top down and felt the need... The need for a Frappuccino! For the most part, I see the Starbucks logo and I know that I will get the same quality and service that I have come to expect from the brand. Few surprises.

Your typical Starbucks, however with the remodel there are less comfy chairs and its extremely noisy here now. You literally have to yell at the other person youre with having drinks. I wish Starbucks would invest in sound dampening ceilings.
