First stop after my wifes surgery and we kept checking, knocking, and asking to use the bathroom with no opening from 10:45 until 5 minutes after close, and then the male worker tried to refuse my wifes use and made me argue with him to let her pee. What?!? Told him either we use the bathroom that we were waiting for, or were peeing on their sidewalk... Then he opened the door. That guy is a game playing dick who was reviewed negatively 4 weeks ago too. They should can him. Parking on the side street was easy and we got to watch a bunch of 20-year-olds across the street save their buddy from being crushed by his own motorcycle when he tried to get on it... HILARIOUS! Cashier was mostly friendly. She did put $20 on my card instead of $8 and left me with NO GAS MONEY on an empty tank though. That sucked. The barista really neutral like she didnt like interacting with people much, no facial expressions when we talked to her, no smiles. Good amount of plugs, clean enough. Will come again for the location, parking, and plugs, but will have to work on the staffs behavior. Hopefully they were just having an off night.

I used to come almost every day for years, because it was so close to work, but then all of the sudden service and the staff was terrible, today I stopped by and the girl that made my latte I could hardly hear what she said, I asked her but she gave me this ugly look, and so rude told me what it was. Either she hates her job or she didnt wanted it to work. Since all this time I never saw her to smile.

This is one of those starbucks that opens really early and stays open pretty late. Even at 6am theres plenty of people in line waiting to get their cup of joe. Service is pretty fast here in the mornings and everyone is friendly. If you come during the normal hours (not the super early ams) then this place can take a bit of wait to get your order in and picked up.

The baristas are very friendly and helpful. It is one of the better Starbucks in the city. I like the pictures of old West Portal on the upper walls. Later on in the evening when it gets slow, you can relax and read a book or go on the computer while having that drink.

Good efficient Starbucks. This place opens kind of late and is rather clean. The staff was also helpful and courteous. But most importantly, the line moves fast and the drinks are on par, if not better than most other Starbucks Ive been to.

Hot chocolate cold. Ordered it with pumpkin spice and couldnt taste the pumpkin spice flavor. Packed on sunday night no were to sit .. Bathroom out of order had to use the filthy ladies room.
