Delicious coffee and pastries with an incredibly welcoming and kind staff. Lovely sitting area, but the experience is intimidating for first time customers. Menu is a mixture of German/English (maybe some Hungarian in there, no clue) and there are no substitutions. I understand why, they dont want us laypeople to mess up an already perfectly crafted drink, but those with dietary restrictions may find the blunt indifference off-putting. That said, the baristas were so nice, any reluctance to ask questions should be unfounded. A lot of signage about what customers cannot do (Absolutely no outside food or drink, shoes off furniture, etc). It is hard to tell if this is because they have had trouble with clientele at this commuter location expecting a Starbucks experience when their working hard to achieve a Fairmont experience, or they want a curt European ambiance to remind us vulgar Americans we can behave more dignified. All in all, if the staff was so fantastic and the products so perfect, I might be tempted to roll my eyes at the pretentiousness, but my eyes remain planted firmly on my nibbles and Im very happy.

Terrible experience here! These guys are THE WORST, and they are cheap too. They tried to charge me for a cup of water and wifi today? Since when has there ever been a charge for Wifi? I cant think of any other coffee company where they actually charge for Wifi... even at Starbucks its free. Thats like McDonalds charging you for a packet of Ketchup lol. These guys are totally PENNY DESPERATE, CHEAP and PETTY. Oh and the customer service is terrible, the shop is dirty, and the manger is a complete jerk. Ive posted bad reviews about them on Yelp, Facebook and more. Stay away from them, unless you want to be the sucker that pays for Wifi LMAO... youd have to be a complete moron because it is free everywhere else you go... just not here tho because their cheap like that.

While this place is very cute and quaint - you better know how to order coffee their way. I am a frequenter of Starbucks, and that is how I know coffee. I try to be very vague when ordering here, as I dont know, nor do I want to know the difference - I simply want their assistance in ordering. Every time I go in there, no matter who is working, I get the same response of a full detailed explanation of why it isnt a latte and why they dont have non-fat or low-fat milk. I am done trying now.

Okay, of all the coffee shops Ive gone to across this country this so far is my absolute favorite. Across the board from keys to liquor in kathy drinks to great pastries to wonderful french movie in a fireplace leather couches beautiful scenery i love it. The owner also works as the Barista pretty much all the time Great guy. A must-stop, it does get busy on weekends so prepare for that there may not be seats however during the week you can usually find a seat so come early.

The first thing I noticed upon walking in, it looked like a fancier coffee place. We arrived a few hours before closing, there wasnt much in the means of food/snacks, but there was some sandwiches. I was kind of hoping for some baked goods. The service matches the look. They serve you your large fancy looking beverage on a silver tray. No joke. The barista brings outs your beverage to you on a silver tray. Very nice small place. Outside seating is available.

One of best coffee places around. I come up from seattle on my days off as much as possible. They probably need a bigger place, as its popular and busy sometimes. The coffee is different in a good way. I usually first get the Heisse Schokolade, and then after Ive finished that I order the Wiener Schokolade. As you can tell from the names its not starbucks! Be advised it will taste different then starbucks also. Its different. Highly recommended.

Seriously tasty coffee and baked goods. I imagine stepping into a Viennese coffee house, like those movie scenes about to pop off into an action sequence. More seating would be nice since you would want to take some time, sit and really enjoy the coffee. I like how you get exactly whats on the menu, no deviations! Half the menu comes with flavored sparkling water, interesting with the coffee.

This is by far my favorite coffee! Its so smooth, without being sour or bitter. The person who owns it is there almost everyday making the coffee himself. He is so friendly and is a perfectionist when he makes the drinks! Tried it over a year ago and have been completely hooked ever since!! Oh and their pastries are to die for!

This is an adorable European inspired coffee shop meant for taking time to hang out and drink quality European coffee in true European style. If your looking for a quick drive thru coffee shop, go someplace else. This place is about taking time to enjoy some quality drinks! Everything on the specialty menu is amazing

A surprise of class and culture in the burbs! Authentic style Austrian coffee drinks. The waitress helped us pick out items on the menu which was helpful. Coffees are served with water. Pastries were very good. The decor is a little less Austrian, being in a strip mall type building, but still comfy enough.

The owners of The Vienna Coffee Company have created something truly unique. A comfortable environment with wonderful coffee, wifi and great location right off I-5. I quit meeting people at Starbucks. I probably shouldnt be telling people about this find because it is now my go to place.

Best coffee, tea, baked goods, and service I have ever had at a coffee place! And the ambiance has a classy feel, but is also warm and inviting. I frequent Vienna Coffee as often as I can. They are simply the best coffee shop that l have found in Washington. Highly recommended!

I love the European atmosphere here. It always feels like a place apart from the stress and bustle. Its a little awkward ordering coffee thats hard to pronounce, but I dont mind because I get to hear them say it in German and it feels like youre ordering something special.

Posted hours, open by 9am on Sunday, walked a mile looking forward to having a coffee here. Doors all locked up, even waited 10 minutes for anyone to open the store. Guess Ill just stick to going to Starbucks up the street. Good job earning new patrons Vienna!

We loved our drinks and paid no more than $7 for both! Very clean and Austrian atmosphere. We were sorry they closed at 4pm. Saw some delectable cakes in the case (Sachertorte). Ill have to come back to try them.

Great tasting coffee & nice drive thru service. Fancy arrangements inside with elegant presentation of the drink for a reasonable price. Just a little strict with rules about what guests should not do or say.
