I recently moved to Troutdale, Oregon, and was looking for a good gluten free pizza delivery in my area. I ordered a small one to try, and it was pretty good. 5 days later, i ordered a large gluten free, with the exact same sauce and toppings. I ordered extra sauce and feta cheese, onions, and mushrooms. It arrived with very little sauce and virtually no feta . just a minute sprinkle of feta that you could hardly see or taste. It also had 2 light hairs on the pizza about 4 inches long. It did not taste good, and i did not eat it. Im not one to complain, but i ended up calling the manager, Noah. He told me, that they "grate" the feta cheese, and that since it is "under the other toppings" , you cant see it. The truth is, there was only a pin drop of feta on that pizza. It was there on the first one, 5 days earlier. And it was clear, there was very little sauce as well. He asked me what i would like him to do. I first asked him, for a credit. He said he would credit me $23.00 on a $29.00 pizza. I said, instead, why dont you just send another one out. He said ok. i said, please include extra sauce and feta please. and he said, ok, it will be there in an hour. I received a call back from him a little later announcing that they were not going to send another pizza out, or, give me a credit! Because one of the women who works there, saw the pizza being made, and claims the pizza was "correctly made". I asked him: So, are you saying you dont believe me?"... "Why dont i take a photo of the uneaten pizza and text it to you? " With that, he said, that i can call corporate. What ever happened to "the customer is always right"???? I told him that unfortunately, he lost a customer who was going to order every week. I find it surprising that a chain restaurant would be willing to lose a customer over a $28.00- $29.00 pizza. I will never order from Bellagios again.

Ill be honest, I work at another pizza joint close to this one and I was blown away by their service. The man on the phone was very patient about addressing my dietary restrictions, the price for gluten free pizza with delivery is like none other...And lets just say I have high standards for quality after working at Whole Foods for over two years. The pizza was amazing. Perfect crust thickness, perfect texture. The sauce was delicious with no sour after taste like many cream sauces have. The toppings were also superior quality. I can tell if animal products are low quality, and theres nothing unclean about this stuff. As for the cheese, I feel like it also had a very clean taste about it compared to what Im used to. I have a mild dairy sensitivity and even after eating a whole 10 inch pizza my tummy feels great. Theyll have me as a regular from now on. Also, I was quoted *up to* an hour and it got here in 45 minutes in the middle of dinner rush hours. Additionally, the driver was super friendly and had good energy. Overall five thumbs up from me!

Terrible customer service over the phone Ive ever experienced in my life. I told the employee "thank you Ill see you in 25 minutes" I was totally ignored he didnt say anything back to me. In fact he didnt even hang the phone up, it was bizarre and weird. Ive never eaten here before but bad customer service wont make my first pizza at bellagios pizza in Gresham a good one. Thanks a lot for a less than good experience before I eat my first pie. -Your Neighbor two blocks away

Pizza was delicious. But service was afully disappointing. We accidentally set up our online order to pick up instead of delivery. So we called to have it fixed. The guy said it would take an hour to have it delivered. we said we would just go pick it up. When we got there 5 min later the delivery vehicle was there and 2 out of the 3 employees were sitting on there butts. We were disappointed that the presence of laziness in the store was definitely there tonight.

I would of gave them a five star, but lately their service has been bad for me. Still order from them but constantly always on hold when ordering over the phone and usually have to call again. Few times they never got me off hold so had to call again, put on hold and then give up and go somewhere else. I think its just this one location in particular that is like this, since my boss always orders from another location and they always deliver on time.

I use to eat at the Wilsonville location and really their pizza. Went to the Gresham store at the pizza was lousy. I dont know if I got gluten-free or what. The crust was weird. The pizza was over cooked and under sauced resulting in a dry concoction. I left half the pie on the table. Update: Must have been gluten-free. The manager was cordial and refunded my money without me asking.

Absolutely delicious pizza. Our new fave. Be ready to spend some money though. Also, this isnt your crappy pizza hut that has your pizza ready in 5 minutes cuz it sat there. These pizzas are made from real good ingredients, so be prepared to wait, or order ahead.

Bellagios is one of my favorite pizza places. Their crust is delicious and the toppings always taste fresh. The delivery window is quite large which makes the expedient delivery that much better when your pizza arrives early.
