Were hurting for good pizza in WA. I think that the majority of the problem comes from the quality of the crust. Ive been to NY and Chicago and many east coast places and the average quality is so much higher. Im told it might have something to do with the water used to make the dough but Im not a baker and I love the tap water in my house so I cant speak to that. If youre looking for something that approaches that level of quality, this is one of your better options. The perfect crust is simultaneously crispy and chewy. Depending on your toppings, that is a possibility. It is a little soggy if you order pepperoni or something else thats greasy but it tastes great. Their Margherita pizza is one of the best Ive had in WA. Their cheesy bread sticks and the dipping sauce that comes with it are cracktacular. I will buy the bread sticks just so I can dip my pizza in the sauce and they give you all the sauce refills you want which I really appreciate. They also make their own sausage and I love their pepperoni. If you like ham/Canadian bacon on your pizza, they dont do that for some reason and you can safely assume that if theres no ham, pineapple isnt an option either. I kind of roll my eyes at places that get uppity about more avant garde toppings. I believe in giving the people what they want if they arent interested in your specific vision but Ill forgive these guys because what they make is so good and the people who work there are so friendly and personable.

Refuse to stoop to chain pizza slop? Looking for good a good pie? Go here, and yes they do slices (11-3, I believe) I am no pizza connoisseur, but like good art I know what I like (a solid foundation with varieties I can build my own from and good gourmet style pies) and what I do not like (plain, chain-style pies with no gusto or creativity and over the top gourmet pies that are too much a chore to waste time with) . Brooklyn Brothers Pizza offers both of what a LIKE, and none of what I do not like. Their thin crust, traditional New York style pies are excellent, unique creations offering an upscale selection of unique meats, vegetables, and even specialty cheese choices. Alternately, you can choose from their signature pies with combinations that complement one another brilliantly, though may not have been on your personal list... This offers a nice challenge to me, as I trust BBPs judgement since their basic pies are so well crafted - am willing to go on a limb, and have been richly rewarded for doing so. BBP also offers a very nice Sicilian deep crust pie, though I am not so much a fan on principal, having a preference bred by years of Williamsburg and Park Slope indulgence...Thanks, BBP- you fill a constant yearning for a decent slice! So support a good shop- someone in downtown Everett trying to offer a slice of culture and flavor in Everetts wasteland of poor culinary offerings.

Some of the best pizza in the region! Stopped in, grabbed a beer and their Village Margherita pizza (fresh mozzarella, basil, olive oil and red sauce on thin crust), and it was delicious. There are already lots of pictures so you get a sense of the place. Staff were very friendly, everything was casual, with such good food that I dont think they have to enforce their $5 fee on whining. (And a sign is posted so they take the whining seriously.) Im a repeat customer who hasnt had a bad experience. Previous visits included their breadsticks and The Hudson pizza (a favorite), and Ill keep returning even though they dont have enough Red Sox stuff on the walls - nobodys perfect.

Without a doubt the best pizza in Snohomish County. To those who gave bad reviews...........you dont know what pizza was intended to be! My family is from NY and they love the pizza here! Ive always recieved great service. They crisp all slices so you do have to wait..........but its worth it! The prices are higher than average but the ingredients are better so the cost to make is higher. To those who say the crust is burnt............you have no idea what you are talking about! The crust is meant to be very crisp and I personally love it! If you appreciate good food and quality ingredients then youll love the pizza here!

I keep coming back here. For one, the pizza is excellent. I am not from New York so I cant very well compare but it is exactly as I imagine a New York pie to be. The quality is top notch and the other menu options are great. It is the only place in the area I can find a decent cannoli. The staff enjoy their jobs and it rubs off into the customer experience. I almost took a star away for the seating and placement of the drinks because it is hard to find a seat and the fountain drink line bumps up against the pizza ordering line. But... I can hardly fault this to the company as their pizza and business is simply very popular.

The entire place is trying way too hard, and the pizza wasnt good enough for the sassy attitude this place throws at you. Pizza here is above average for sure, but is too chewy and any subtle flavour in the dough or mozz gets overpowered by an abundance of dried herbs. If youre big on toppings though, the quality of the meat is top notch. Overall, Id recommend it to families with kids or if youre in the mood for pizza and dont care about where it comes from. Dont come here expecting the worlds greatest pizza though. Would be 3 stars but the service was slow and the decor made me never want to visit Brooklyn.

Amazing pizza and great atmosphere. I was standing in line to buy a couple slices and when I finally got to the counter the one I wanted had sold out and since it was an hour before closing I had missed my chance. I guess they sensed my disappointment because when they delivered a slice of my second choice (the Bowery, which is amazing!) they said they had found a slice of my first choice pizza that was too small to sell and it was on the house! Amazing!! These guys are part of why North Everett is starting to come back!! Great customer service, dont ever change!!

I didnt try their pizza. It looked pretty good, but I was in the mood for a calzone, as usual. Their calzone wasnt what I was expecting, though. The crust was really thin and the cheese inside was runny. That makes sense since they used romano and another type of very soft cheese, but thats not the kind of calzones Im used to. I expect a calzone to be more like a sandwich. It tasted okay, but I think the eating experience (I ended up with a lot of cheese on my plate) ruined the meal for me.

Brooklyn Bros is one of our go-to places for a quick bite while in downtown. My husband is from Queens, NY and has very picky taste when it comes to a good slice. Brooklyn Bros is THE place for New York style pizza in Everett. Not to mention that their field greens salads is fantastic and I order one every time we visit. My slice may change, but the salad is a requirement. Added Bonus: Our husky can even join us since they have some outdoor seating when it gets nice out!
