Great service here, and good food! Minus blue cheese... The menu didnt mention the salad I selected contained blue cheese. The server who brought it to me noticed the look of shock and horror on my face when I saw the familiar and detested crumbles of nastiness in my salad. He asked if everything was ok, and I just blurted out "I didnt know there was blue cheese on this salad. I hate blue cheese." He kindly offered to have my salad remade without the mold. My replacement salad was brought to me within minutes and it was every bit as good as I hoped it would be... And no blue cheese. Excellent job, guys. You rock!

We visited PANERA BREAD in Maple Valley, Washington December 30 at 4:30 pm. The food was not good and the soup was barely warm. The floor was dirty as was some of the furniture. We visit PANERA BREAD at other locations and they were wonderful visits. We will be back and we hope the experience will be rewarding. Thank you!!!

I usually come here during the day and the food and customer service is always excellent. Today I was here around 5:50pm and ordered the turkey bravo, Very disappointed, the sandwich was dry with no spread and on a different type of bread.

I usually get a sandwhich with chips. Have never been disappointed. Eat inside or out or drive through. Make sure to get your panera card for reward points. Every several visits I will get a free or half off reward.

Clean, good bread and coffee. They make a soft bagel, compared to the New York style; still good. I like the Tuesday bagel special: a bakers dozen for $9.76. A comfy place to hang as well. Recommended

The food arrived hot and delicious. We had the Thai bowls which were very tasty. The kids had mac and cheese and grilled cheese sandwich. I loved the iced tea selection, particularly their green tea.
