I stopped way on my way home to pick up a pizza. There was a lady who ordered three pizzas and a salad, a lady who had two young boys, who ordered two pizzas, and a gentleman who ordered a pizza and a salad ahead of me in line. When it came my turn to order I was told to wait a second. The employee began working on three pizzas and a salad. I assume this order had been called in. When she got those items started she took out four more pizza orders, which I assume were called in also and began working on them. This is when I decided I would not be getting my pizza in the near future and left the store. I have been to this restaurant four or five times in the past and the pizzas have always been good. I understand that the place was busy and the young lady making the pizzas was very efficient, but I believe the customer service was less than acceptable and I will be looking elsewhere for future pizzas.

Decent pizza, friendly staff but a bit stingy with the toppings. There were places in the middle of our pizza that didnt have any sauce and there was barely one or two of each topping on each slice. Its also exceptionally loud. Ive been in the restaurant biz for years and never would have turned the music up so loud people have to raise their voices to communicate.

The pizza is thin but packed with flavor. You select your own toppings and then they make it in a pizza oven. Takes only about five minutes once its in the oven. They also have beer, shakes, and teas. Sometimes theres a huge line but you can order online ahead of time and pick up. I love mod pizza!

I must say this is our favorite restaurant! They have the the best friendliest staff! hardest working staff and the food is amazing!! I will STRONGLY recommend it to everyone. There gluten free crust is great as well!!!! Oh the manager is one of the most caring managers we have ever meet!!

I love this place. Friendly, fast and an overall great experience. The fact that the price of the pizza is the same no matter how you modify it is amazing. Great tasting pizza with a great catch, that works in the customers favor. Just go to Mod and get a pizza. You wont regret it.

Disappointing, since they put so very little on their pizzas. Only two pieces actually had any measurable amount of cheese (see photo). Decent flavor, but its mostly dry from the lack of sauce, as if a cracker company came out with a pizza-flavored cracker.

Always friendly & fast! Our orders are always correct. Our family of 6 can all eat without breaking the bank too much. Tables could have been wiped down and the music could have been turned down a notch, but I always enjoy my visits.

MOD Pizza is some of the best pizza I have ever had! Usually Thin crust is not my thing but it is so good at MOD! I love how you get to put whatever you want on it and it costs the same! Really fun place with nice staff.

Favorite place around for GREAT pizza creations. Always do create your own, and its delicious and reasonably priced. Fun place too meet friends for a quick lunch or dinner. Their milkshakes are tasty too.

Customer service is excellent! Friendly and smiling, even during the dinner rush. The food is always delicious, no matter what you try. Vegetarian options! Crushed ice pellets! Fun music! Clean bathrooms!

I love the pizza. You can choose your own or pick one of their specialties. Its usually very busy but they get the customers through pretty quickly. They have several beers on tap.
